I receive welfare in Manhattan New York City. I always treat everyone at DSS, HRA, Fedcap, and WeCare politely and respectfully at all times no matter what. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do anything illegal. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do anything like that. Men I know pay the New York City police to harass me and the police won't let me work. It's that simple. It's very difficult to get help from the New York State and New York City government if you are being harassed by the NYPD. There are a lot of people complaining about the police and the government won't help. The NYPD has been caught several times murdering innocent people that most people didn't hear about. For example, NYPD Mike Valva, NYPD Wu, NYPD Sean Armstead, and others. I suspect people don't realize that the government doesn't just give you welfare without doing a lot of work. For example, I have to go to an office five days per week and apply for jobs that I'll never get because the NYPD won't allow me to work. The NYC welfare office gives me about $290 per month in food stamps. The welfare office pays about $100 per month for me to have a storage room. The welfare office gives me about $240 per month to pay for my gym, phone bill, etc. I'm also supposed to receive a OMNY card although the New York City police are sabotaging my welfare OMNY card as usual. Let's call it about $700 per month total. I have to go to an office five days per week for about 30 hours. There are a few additional NYC welfare requirements beyond that. That equals about $5 to $6 per hour in Manhattan while the NYPD and the NYPD's civilian lie and scam people are constantly harassing me. I'm making the best of it. It's all going to work out. I just want to tell my story because I'm trying to get help. The NYPD are constantly harassing me. The police oversight won't help. I'm thankful for the NYC welfare office or I would be eating in soup kitchens with the police threatening the soup kitchen employees to allow them to do scary things to my food. Members of the NYPD have recently been convicted of murder, child abuse, domestic violence, stealing, kickbacks. and much more. It's public information.
