We’re pouring our hearts into a warm, flavorful celebration for the St. James 100th Anniversary Gala, where every dish and drink hugs a century of tradition. The cioppino station will simmer with rock fish, clams, mussels, and shrimp in a soul-warming tomato broth, paired with crusty sourdough rolls, while fresh ceviche dances with citrus and tender seafood. Hand-carved Porchetta and a succulent roast, sliced thin with salami, will glow with love alongside artisan breads and zesty sauces. A charcuterie spread will cradle precious local cheeses—burrata, feta, mozzarella—next to cured meats, olives, and crisp veggies, with wood-fired Brie melting into a gooey, comforting embrace.
Butler-passed bites will bring mini crab cakes with a zippy remoulade, caprese skewers bursting with summer’s best, and spinach-feta triangles flaky with care. Wood-fired flatbreads will crackle with melted cheese and roasted toppings, fresh from the flames. The bar will stir mojitos, daiquiris, and ruby-red rum punch—each sip a toast to old friends—joined by sparkling wine and smooth reds and whites. Desserts will wrap you in sweetness with hand-packed, decorated cannoli, creamy ice cream, and Italian cookies, all savored with rich espresso and frothy cappuccino.
It’s St. James’ legacy, served with warmth in every heartfelt bite and sip.
