Jokes aside, he’d probably be kind happy about Apollo being around -- even though he doesn’t admit it, it’s more of his Pantheon, his friends, his family. Even if Apollo annoys him every so often.

I wouldn’t say there’s anything wrong with that. People do what they’re comfortable with -- some people may think people like me who use anime characters as face-claims is weird, others think otherwise. It all comes down to the comfort of the role-player. I personally don’t like using RL faceclaims for a variety of reasons -- I especially find it vexing when people role-play the actual person.

However, that is ME. I don’t have a say on how people actually do things, it’s just my preference just as that’s theirs!

I think ‘His Theme’ fits quiet well for Poseidon – more-so the cover made by MELT. Specifically, the lyrics to point out that fit him are – 

But with my own will-power – I held back our true power – As humans wished our deaths – I smiled with no regrets.

Personally, even though Poseidon is one of the biggest dicks in Greek Mythology, I believe he also holds one of the nicest sides – this is evident when he mourned Caeneus. He didn’t need to leave Olympus to mourn, he could have done it there – but no, he specifically left the Mountain, his Throne, JUST to cry over one he fell in love with. 

He also didn’t need to give a morale boost in the Trojan War – in-fact, Zeus DEMANDED that he stay out of it, but he went against Zeus’ wishes. Even destroyed the Walls of Troy. Was he punished? Yes. But he STILL DID IT.
