Well hey look at that, I colored some things! Actually I've been coloring a lot lately. The sketches for these are a few posts back. Both are scenes from my neverending doger fan fiction. Fairs are great. Rigged games, cheap prizes and sugary junk, oh boy! These kids get to ride the "Twister of Terror" so THAT'S fun. 😆 Doug's outfit has to do with something that happens in a previous scene. I got all the secrets but I I ain't sharing em with anyone. Yet.

Vidya games! Well I was gonna post even more sketches but my computer is being a real jerk so maybe later, yeah? I'm currently in the process of coloring these two, among many others, soo.. ya never know what I'll post next!

You ever wanna see Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz as goth punk emo kids who just discovered Hot Topic? Yeah, me too. 😆 Look, as a 90s kid and early 00s teen this was like a rite of passage lmao. I WILL color this one, I'm having too much fun with it. They're giving off Tim Burton vibes, haha.

Hey again! Here's a small portion of new sketches I've been working on. I have at least.. 8 more coming your way as soon as I find the time to clean 'em up. Plus I'm trying to color some stuff too! Most of these are scenes from my fan fiction. The top two are from a carnival scene that was really fun to write! FYI, they're playing balloon darts in the second one. There is a reason Doug is wearing that silly getup. Let's just say he's had an embarrassing week. :p

Four more? Alright! The top one is my very first attempt at Mr. Dink! Hopefully he's recognizable, haha. This is also a scene straight from my fan fiction. I like Bud being a fatherly-type figure to Roger. :)
Second one is a beach scene sketch, obviously. Someone is pickin' on Doug for some reason or another and Roger ain't having it: "Only I can pick on him!" :p
Third sketch.. drag show? Drag show! Why not? My character Zak is a Queen.. and wait'll you see his outfit in color, it's Lisa Frank AF. If you recall Roger wears that jean skirt in the show and Doug's wig is from the same ep. Not sure what I was going for with his outfit but oh well.
Last but not least, this one was vent art; I'm gonna be real here. My fan fiction has some personal stuff in it as these two navigate their queerness. My other OC, Klara, is trans. Hi, I'M also trans. Trans and Tired. Things sorta suck rn but they'll get better, yeah? Yeah. (:
Oh didja want some more? Fiiiine. I've been busy af (and it's been a week from hell) but this obsession is still my escape. So have some randomness. I love these morons. That third one was a joke between a friend. Roger plotting something an' Doug just looking smitten lmao. Please look up the interview with Billy West where he talks about Doug blowing up a courthouse and Roger being the judge, you will laaaaugh!

Sketches ahoy with even more pending, haha. First two: they're meant to be older there; hopefully that's obvious. Doug having an anxiety attack is the most relatable thing I've drawn all week. (: The last sketch was inspired by a friend; they're wearing outfits of characters she likes from another show. Geeks unite.
Alright, have a couple colorful things (still sorta works in progress) while I prep my next batch of sketches for posting, haha. These are always fun! I might still color them traditionally too.. we'll see!
For my OCs here I wanted to keep with the diverse colors of the show. Someday I might release this neverending fan fiction into the wilds of the interwebs but for now it's my personal little escape from reality. Yes Doug is wearing bi shoes. I have little pride flags all over the place in that one, just for fun. My fancanons are obvious. 😆
I'm back with more doger fan art, kids! It just never ends. 6 sketches in 1 post this time but, believe me, there is more. 😅 Might post some later today or later this week. We'll see what time allows. Anyways, we have some randomness and silly faces. The outfit swap was an art prompt given to me by a friend. A classic, really. Oh, if you scroll to the bottom of this post you can have a bonus nose boop sketch.
The characters that no one but me will recognize are from my ongoing fan fiction. I don't use a lot of original characters in it (the focus is primarily on Doug and Roger with other show canon characters playing supportive roles) but these were two I came up with for when they're in another town. Klara and Zak. I won't explain too much (is anyone even reading my rambles here? 🤣) but they're good people. Mostly.

First let me say THANK YOU to everyone for all the recent favs, watches and reblogs! I really appreciate it! Since I'm on a roll with posting this morning why not enjoy some new cleaner sketches too? When I take (or have) the time to polish up my work it pops better. But I also like messy scribbles.
Anatomy not withstanding I'm sorta happy with the one of Roger with the guitar. Even though I can't draw guitars, haha. His musical talent comes into play in my fan fiction. Rog rocks, but you all know that. 🤟
I know what they're talking about in that third sketch but I won't tell you. Nyeh! Also, Doug's hair is always a nightmare for me to get right. You may laugh at it. 😆
Yeah, walkmans! Rockin' it oldskool. Ya know something that sorta irks me? When people write these characters, at their show ages, in modern times. These are 90s kids! I'M a 90s kid (shh I'm old)! My fic is full of wall phones, gameboys and overdue vhs tapes from blockbuster. Now throw your headphones on because apparently they make you gay (as heard on "shit stupid people have said this week" 😂)
Next up have two pages of rough sketches! Nevermind the awful hands, I might clean up some of these later and/or slap some colors on 'em. We'll see! Pretty much all of these are scenes from my ongoing fan fiction. Maybe I'll share it one of these days. You know it's 1,264 pages long now? I started when these characters were show age and they're in their 20s now. Yeesh.
So what's going on here? Prom? Knife fight? Paranormal encounters? Probably all of the above. 😆 Nothing is off limits in this wild story. We got high speed road trips, band shows and pizza for breakfast too! Anyways. My first try at Percy Femur. He makes a couple of appearances and he's real happy to see his old pals. Great guy. Awh, just look at him givin' Rog a "hug". Lol. I feel like I'm constantly messing with Roger's hair at various ages. It's fun! I dunno what I was going with for (older) Patti's hair but her outfit there was kinda neat. It's very.. ziggy zaggy! That's a word now.

Hey kids, I know it's been a minute. I still have more colored art to finish but life is busy and sketching is my favorite.
I might clean these up more later but, if I'm honest, sometimes I just like the rawness of messy sketches. Also, I've been writing A LOT. My silly fan fiction is insanely long now but I'm still not sure if I'll ever post it anywhere. Not that it's bad (the few friends I've shared it with really like it) I'm just too self concious. But I might post snippets at some point because there are some funny/sweet scenes I'm sorta proud of.
