  “Oh yes! I remember now, your mother told me and your Aunt Elizabeth all about you. I just didn’t know how you looked like since I never seen you before.” Lilly said with reassuring smile, pulling her niece into a hug. She had almost forgotten about her niece, Lilly felt bit guilty for forgetting about her own niece. “Uh MaryAnn?”

"I was taken away... And now I'm old enough to come back so I did..." She hugs her Aunt, holding back tears that she has saved for years. "I miss you and Aunt Elizabeth, I do!" She feels the tears sting her eyes and make her nose tingle. She really hadn't seen her family in a good long time. "Yes?" She replies pulling out of the hug.

  Dylan smiled at the girl. “You sound like that’s a new term for you. Haven’t you had any friends before?” he said jokingly yet not to harsh in case something was really bad about friends with the girl. He didn’t want to just hurt her feelings.

Mary nodded softly and moved a few locks of her blonde hair behind her ear. "No one ever wanted to be my friend, but I don't really care all too much, I've got my mother to keep me company." She did care about having friends, but she just had so many walls up that it wasn't possible for her to even think about having someone to talk to.

  “Aunt Lilly? Who are you? Do I know you from somewhere?” Lilly questioned the young girl with her brow raised, crossing her arms over her chest with her brown locks falling over her shoulders.

Mary felt a shock of heart ache, she had forgotten that Liliana did not know her. She felt her shoulders sink into her chest, as she began to speak. "I'm your niece... MaryAnn... Katherine didn't even tell you about Peter or even how I was taken away?"

  He bit the inside of his lip to keep from smirking. He cleared his throat, a bit awkwardly. “Yeah, I’m taking care of her, don’t you worry.” He smiled, shaking his head. “No, she never mentioned a Peter… may I ask who he is?”

Mary sunk down a little, breathing in shakes. "He... Died. Snow killed him." She felt a shock down her spine, not really ever knowing Peter because she was only two when he died... Sad enough as it Mary never even got to see Katherine, she was taken away from her mother and they both never speak of it, for if someone were to tell then they both would die.

  He turned, a bit surprised. He hadn’t noticed her, which was strange since he usually noticed everyone. Her comment threw him off for a moment, before he cleared his head. “I-uh… Yes, I’m Theo.” He titled his head, eyeing the girl. “Your mother? You’re Katherine’s daughter?” He asked, a little surprised.

The small blonde looks up at him with wonder. "Mom said you were pretty, but I didn't know you were this pretty." Mary laughs slightly and shakes her head. "You are taking care of her right?" She raised her brow again, clicking her tongue. "Oh, yeah I am her daughter... She told you about Peter, right?" She wiggled her nose the same way her Mother did when she was wondering something.

Her smile brightened a bit as she said that and Madge’s response was just a blunt as hers was. ” Really? Well then I think you and I will just get along just fine.”

"Well, I'd just love that." Mary smiles back at her, placing her hands on her hips, in  a sassy manor. "I've tried to get rid of that horrid man so many times." She rolls her eyes and scoffs.

Theo had grown to hate the Capitol. Not just the creepy distorted people, but also the whole system. They killed for pleasure, and that was something he couldn’t stand for. But still, he stayed in the Capitol.

Mary looked at the man before her, watching his little movements. "You're my Mom's boy friend... Theo is it?" Mary chimed, she was just gushing with joy to meet this man, well from what Mother had told her, he was not a man but in fact an angel. "How are you, Theo?" She raised her blonde brow at him with a clever smirk on her lips.

Mary smiles, resting her hand on her hip. "Elizabeth made it." Elizabeth was her aunt, her idol. "Gale loves the bows she makes too... I haven't heard much from them in a while, I think they got married, still not sure..."

Did she? That’s very sweet of her. If I had kids I would probably name mine after them too. We used to be fun, but then we got old. How is your mom doing anyways? I’ve meant to visit her but I’ve never managed to get going.
