OK, I have to type super quick because a budgie is on my keyboard waiting to peck my typing fingers.
I used to imagine when I was a child that I would have my beautiful mansion house with herb gardens everywhere and french doors opening, while I kissed my children on my way out to my big advertising executive role. With a office that had a picture of my husband and I in the Caribbean Islands on our honeymoon. I look far ahead all the time and I constantly chase dreams. That sounded like a major movie write up right? Yes well I am currently living at my mum's place since graduating university and I am about to move to the big smoke in Melbourne city... The city I am in love with and I have never been there - Go figure!
I am single in my own head but some would say it's complicated. For all honesty I am not kissing my children on the way out to work (I don't even have children haha).
Just because you hit 25 it does not mean you have to have a nice car, no it means you should be the god dam director at your job, come on what have you been doing? lazing around on Tinder I bet (I'm joking). 25 is beautiful, you are officially a woman - embrace it! Let's face it we had no idea before 25 who we were and if you still don't then... drop the theory of finding happiness in a marble white kitchen. And the biggest disease of all is NEEDING a MAN <-------- TOXIC STUFF!
Let that dickhead come to you babe. Your career is not going to wake up and tell you it does not love you anymore. This is the thing there are so many women out there getting married and having babies before 25. The nightclubs are either shrinking of population because they are all home-bound or they are installing daycare centers out the back.. The other day I went to a pub and there was a kids corner. You are properly thinking what is this woman on about, she is saying that we are 25 now women but having babies and getting married is unnecessary? Well yes I am and you know why? because getting married used to be real, it was uncle john, aunty Betty and the kids in the crowd and a tractor that took the bride up to the groom. These days if you don't have a $1000 photographer it's just not good enough.
I wanted to get married because I wanted to feel beautiful and show everyone how happy I was. I wanted to advertise it. Sad thing was I actually was not inlove. I designed this lifestyle in my head because I wanted to feel secure, I felt I needed a man <-------TOXIC STUFF
