mask-daggers-and-a-carson was spotted under the window
Oh god.
The young girl turned around in the dark allyways, confused by their many turns. This was London, she was sure of it, but it didn’t look like it. Not long after she ran into a man. A fingerman, to be exact, along with his friends.
Ⓥ;; Oh those bloody fingermen. They don’t know when to quit do they? V had actually been watching the woman for a moment now, intrigued by the Victorian clothes. When she was caught by the fingermen, he glared at them from beneath his ever smiling mask, before landing silently in the shadows, breaking through the noise of the mens laughing.
“The multiplying villainies of nature do swarm upon him…”
Johanna was in a near panic attack now, first she was in a place she didn’t know, and now these men were trying to have their way with her! When the man spoke she was scared to death, thinking he was another fingerman. But better safe than sorry, she shouted, “Help! Help please!” before a fingerman covered her mouth.
â“‹;; "And fortune, on his damned quarrel, smiling, showed like a rebel's whore."
The masked man continued with his poem until one of the men stepped in front of him and flashed the Fingermen badge, which V promptly sliced in half and punched him, sending him flying into the wall. He followed the lines of the poem while taking out the other three.
"Disdaining fortune, with his brandished steel, which smoked with bloody execution. Like valour's minion, carved out his passage 'til he faced the slave; Which ne'er shook hands, nor bare farewell to him."
After he finished, all four of them were unconscious, and he turned around to face Johanna. "I can assure you I mean you no harm."Â
