Shnanaas has this way with eyes! Such emotion in them and always such focus! I only have paper collections but I once watched her spend an hour digitally coloring a single eye. She puts so much effort into making them perfect!
I love all the different creature designs! So much personality and s much flow to every person! And their backgrounds are all so varied and deep!
I want to know what happens next!! Shnanana has drawn a lot of this character and told me about him, but I don't think she ever got very far in the comic story for him. But I really want to know more!
Some more colors! Even part way done, her art has so much to it!
Some black and white! I love the look of her characters! And every line has such purpose! Still so much cruelty to some of them, but so much attitude to others.
Colors so many colors! Shnaanana Has always had such a way with colors! And so many, many different mediums! Colored pencils, copic markets, pens of all kinds, and paint!
How many times will Shna start a comic with someone waking up?!
...Several times! I don't own even a THIRD of all her art and I found all these, and I have seen at least three other pages like this!
And now some selfies! These are actually very adorably accurate! Shna has only recently trimmed her hair shorter than her eyes, and she has always been very self conscious. How many cats do you have now?
And that cute green one was in a birthday card she made me!
And then cat boys making out!
This set are all the same 4 by 6 size like they were torn out of one of those small sketch books. Varied ages but all close enough.
Woot, theres me again! Here Shna has 'shown' us something either weird or shocking, I don't remember, but that is totally me!
When Shna started using up the whole page to doodle, suddenly there was tons more! I have to double check everything to make sure there's nothing on the backsides!
Shnana went through this phase where every comic page she did was in this other language that she had created, totally cool. But seriously irritated me! I'll never forgive you, 'Nana, for making me use my brain just to follow along!
Notecard adventures! These are all drawn on those little index cards every teacher wanted us to take notes on, these particular ones ended up with a much nobler cause!
More full color things! The first three are full colored bristle board! Looks soo nice in person!
Full color, large spreads! Such detail! Such amazing colors! And that background! And she seriously claims she's not good enough at art, and this is years ago still!
And here we see the beginning of her inking with colored pens, I LOVE how her doodles turn out in colored ink!
