My favorite Gord device.  One he considered too extreme, dammit.  Each hogtie cycle would compress the straps while the piston attached between its head and ankles would force it into an arch.  And I believe the gag and plugs inside it would also inflate during the cycle, further adding to its discomfort.  Great device, but not used much.
