Very interesting to see how many deities and religious figures’ were related to water and flowers, like Aphrodite, emerging out of a full flower in the oceans, Moses as a baby in the roaring rivers, Buddha’s mother having a dream where an elephant offers her a rose and Guru Rinpoche being born of a lotus flower, and Christ being born of Mary, the Rosa Mystica.
