Vegan and changes.

Well its been a few days since I put something on here..basically my fiancés friend and I are doing a one week vegan diet challenge. This is out of interest to help me understand vegan food more but you never know maybe a choice I then take on to live by! I will let you know how the week goes!

Day off chilling out with my Lindsay who has the day off same time as me! Its nice and relaxing! Just went to our local cafe for lunch had a veggie burger each was great. Off to our friends Sam and Tom’s house later to do some pumpkin carving shall be great fun. Pictures from that will be sure to follow. Insta coffee while making dinner for my mrs. Kind of a bad day had to go hospital again...area that was operated on kind of got infected and left me feeling very crap....though now all can only go onwards and upwards!

Times change quickly.

I recently just went back to work after having a week off to recover from an operation and it it seems like so much has changed. If anything its just more so to do with the going to work and leaving work! Its dark in the morning now when I leave the house and been foggy! I love it! Its for sure this is my favourite time of year! I've been rocking the shirts And warm jumpers with chinos not to forget cardigans too! As sad as it sounds I'm glad I'm back to work when I did I wouldn't want to miss out on the season change to autumn!

Thoughts on autumn....

I'm going to be honest I don't think I would have time to think about this sort of thing but it is my favourite time of year! Shirts and with nice warm jumpers and a hot drink, a walk in the park all that jazz and I'm really looking forward to it all!

Now we live so much closer to our friends we have made over the years too its an autumn I cant wait to have bring it on!

Cappuccino..probably one of my newest downfalls due to so the amount of caffeine in it but it takes me to a place of warmth and makes me realise how far I have come from leaving home meeting the girl of my dreams and a job I love! 

I've had some sick leave due to an operation so I've had home made cappuccinos they are sadly have to admit no where near as good as what we have at work those guys know how to make a drink..which brings me to the point I cant wait to get back into the kitchen cooking and getting my daily cappuccinos!

Just some of the food I whip up at work simple  but a good seller! Since stepping back into the kitchen its made me more focused on the bigger picture which I am over the moon for it. I will post stuff to do with food but I won't go into over the top detail and boring specs to do with it.
