Confidence is highly overrated. Most overly confident people tend to be kind of annoying. More important than confidence is courage. Confidence only really comes from repeated attempts at doing something successfully. But in order to take that first step you need courage. And that is much more important than confidence.

Just finished watching Season II episode 1 of Chef’s Table. Walked away with a new understanding about myself and a freshly dismantled perspective about collaboration I previously held to. This show has had one of the biggest intellectual impacts on my thoughts about process, creativity and collaboration. So much to learn from these amazing people.
