Not to sound like a tinfoil hat guy but I have to let y'all know it's creatures out there. Like when locals and indigenous people tell you that there's a monster in the woods or desert I take it at face value. When people say "don't go there; it's cursed" I heed their warnings. When multiple people have personal stories of encounters in a specific area I believe them. I've personally seen enough wild and unexplainable shit that I will simply say "okay if you say you saw a cryptid or creature then I believe you". Even if they're not supernatural they could be some unknown species of animal that we simply don't have enough information on to defend against it. It's a big world and we'd be foolish to think we know all there is to know about it. So while it's okay to be skeptical and take things with a grain of salt, you should also keep your mind open enough to be aware of unexplainable phenomena.
