Breathe in & out
Sometimes I gets overwhelmed that I feel like I can't breathe my chest starts feeling heavy. It really tight and my heart starts to ache and I know what your thinking, you better go get that checked could be a heart attack, but it's a way my body handles stress and anxiety. And I'm the kind of person that if I start to worry and all those little things appear then i start to worry more about the symptoms. It starts to feel like I'm breaking down and I can't do anything about it as much as I try. But I've learned that is much as that feels horrible at the moment and it feels like it's lasting forever it's been a couple days next week I know I'll feel better. I always have to remind myself next week I'll be better. and one of the things that I have to do is go run I've learned that all the energy that I used to worry about things and stress I have to use it somewhere else and lose it. I will go run tell my heart is going as fast as I can bad bad energy that worrisome energy needs to go somewhere else and that's where it goes. Other people might not understand and they might think that it's ridiculous that I get stressed out as much as I do and all these symptoms appear because of the stress and anxiety but unfortunately I can't control it it just appears when something out of the normal happens it appears but what I can do is control where the energy goes. Only can do is help myself ease it until it's gone. In the beginning when it first started feeling like this I didn't know what to do I didn't know how to react I didn't know what could help or what could not help but I tried everything I laid off the coffee help my heart I try to relax but all I could do is think about it the main thing that I found that helped was running. Another thing that I found that helped was to eat better and to keep myself busy doing chores going and hanging out with friends running errands just about anything. I just couldn't just sit somewhere I had to do things. And next thing I knew by next week I was feeling 10 times better. I'm currently going through the cycle I'm feeling a lot better than I did a couple days ago and it's all because I got ahead of the game and started doing the things I knew you were going to help me. Anxiety and stress are no joke, but at the same time you have to be willing to help yourself. In my opinion that is. That's what I had to tell myself in order kick myself into gear. I have to add though as much as people tell you get over it that's life, all you actually need his support is what I learned. My boyfriend doesn't rush me he knows it's a cycle and he knows what helps me.
P.s.
My dog has helped tremendously as well he has kept me busy and keeps me on my toes.
