wait, i thought they were 9 years apart because carter is 23-24 in season one and benton is… well, for some reason i was assuming that benton was like 32-33, roughly. i think noah wyle was older than his character at the time, i thought? benton and greene went to med school together and greene is like 30-ish in season one, right? it’s not an age gap age gap, but i thought four years would be lowballing it.

with the way ppl discussed megan you would've thought she's one of the main antagonist of the show until you started watching mad men and you realize she's literally just a girl who idolized the industry she worked in and was fascinated by both don and peggy and just wanted to worked her ass like a normal person ( ofc don being self centered keep dragging her around as if she doesn't have a career of her own ).
