On his first solo cassette release, Djablo delivers dreamy instrumental lofi soundscapes. The A-side is like entering a childhood dream of sunny and infinite white sand beaches. The B-side (which is a cassette exclusive) is a collage of beats, strange loops and utter nonsense. Djablo’s release is entirely based on his obsession with cassette multitrack recorders, old samplers (SP505+Korg ES1) and cheap vinyl from flea markets. Keeping it LoFi as always and digging deep within himself this maybe is his most soulful release ever. Enjoy.
