Petition to stop calling initiatives and decisions “common sense.”

Common sense is a cop out so politicians, policy writers, decision makers, and people with power in the situation don’t have to explain themselves.

Oh you don’t understand? It must be a you problem because this is obviously common sense.

Common sense isn’t communal between economic classes, variant social experiences, and different abilities. Survival taints what works in the moment versus what works in the long term.

“Common sense” screams that they’re making an assertion with no understanding or information on the issue. Don’t proffer something you can’t explain.
