Majors
As an English Major, I feel personally attacked by other students who are English Majors as well. They rip your passion as if they know more. I hate being around people who are shallow. The number 1 job when you pick a single subject as your major usually means you’re going to be a teacher. Yes, that is my dream job. Since it’s the most basic job, other English Majors judge. “Oh you’re going to be a teacher? I’m going to berkley and going to become the best selling author” ok and? yeah you’re an English Major but you’re not as good as me. You’re not the right English Major. I HATE feeling like this. So far all English Majors I’ve meet are overcritical & arrogant.
