So, I did my final for graphic design and it was for a soda can design. We had to figure out the proper measurements and make the labels yada yada yada, blah blah blah....

Howdy, Mr. Dorkin!

Any advice on how to do a comic book cover? I wanted to do a cave-like hellscape for this little guy but I'm not entirely sure how to and it's for my final for art.

Leave enought room for a logo, etc. Keep the important elements away from the edges. Look at lots of comic covers and see what makes them tick and what makes them pop off comic shelves. Wing it and have fun.

I did actually finish this final! There's definitely some improving to be done but all in all I think it looks pretty good! Idk if I've posted this before but it's here now!

Hello again! So, hypothetically, if somebody was named Mekare (y'know like the vampire but also theoretically NOT me) how would they go about doing a project about names? Especially when the only "origins" of that name specifically are fictional?

(I love being named after a Vampire but it kinda donks that I can't find any actual info on it. Haha)

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here -- I mean, what kind of project? I guess if a name is based on a fictional character and had no real world background, you can make up whatever you want. Maybe find whoever created him and ask them --? Or maybe see if there's any root words in hisotyr you can match it up to, in part or whole? Other than that I don't know what to tell you. PS do't drink blood.

Along with the "Oof, ow, yeeeouch, my back" sticker I've made 3 others! All of which I'm quite proud of! I'll mainly use these on my Art account on Instagram (story and chats things like that) but I thought they were worth sharing! (I'll make plenty more, too!)

I did some simple shape exercises so I can learn to draw different body types better. I think they all turned out very nice! Will continue to experiment with my style until I get to a point I'm happy with.

I'm also super happy with how the little green dude came out! I think that's the most successful I've drawn a character with a more masculine build! I may digitalize the thicc goth baddie I drew, also... ( ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠)

I drew Jax fairly recently and I think it turned out very well! I managed to lock in and pump this juicy artwork out in, like, 2 hours? (Which shocked me, honestly! Haha)

I actually cooked so hard with both of these kris drawings like WHAT? The one where Kris is wearing a flowing cape reminds me of a drawing I did just last year. What a crazy coincidence, haha!

We were casually talking about nerdy stuff after discussing my impeccable music taste for Spotify wrapped and my friend @strangeryetcecil eventually asked "what kind of nerd am I?" And I said a gay nerd. They mistakenly thought I said "gamer" and they went on to say "ALL gamers are gay nerds". I just switched my computer's wallpaper to Mickey The Dick from WGJ4K and replied with "that's so Mickey!"
