1. Making Aegon pay to see his own dead and rotting dragon is FOUL. I know they couldn’t know he was Aegon because then their cover would be blown but it was sad to see how distraught he was over Sunfyre.

3. So, how do the writers plan to off Rhaenyra now that the GOT confirmed death is now changed? Joffrey told us how she ends. Does Aegon get a new dragon? Why are these writers incapable of following very simple guidelines?

4. What will happen to Moondancer and Baela?

I’m still waiting for the Rhaenyra we saw at the end of Season 1 after Lucerys’ death: angry, vengeful, full of rage.

She’s lost TWO sons and her unborn daughter so far in this war and looked ready to fucking BRAWL over it. The Rhaenyra we’ve had has just seemed so weak and unmotivated when at the end of season 1 she looked like she was finally ready to go and fight.

It’s time to LOCK THE FUCK IN, GIRL.

I think Daemon seeing Otto in the cells is the happiest he’s ever been in the entire series. I’ve never heard him laugh so much or seen him smile that much the entire show.

That man was GIDDY.

As much as I hate Team Green’s major players (Otto, Alicent, Aemond, Aegon), my heart breaks for Helaena and Jaehaera (and Jaehaerys). They were truly the only innocents in this entire thing who didn’t do anything to anyone, yet they too will pay the price for other people’s scheming.

I am STRESSED over Helaena and Alicent being brought before Rhaenyra and Jaehaera is nowhere to be seen. Where did she go? Who has her?

Let Helaena raise chickens with Jaehaera in peace please 😭 those girls have been through ENOUGH

You just know Baela is going to blame herself for Jace’s death since Moondancer couldn’t dive fast enough to release Vermax, and they were being shot at so she couldn’t dive back in to at least try to rescue him when Vermax went down.

ALSO can we talk about how Jace’s death in the book is in defense of his brothers and absolutely tragic, but his death in the show is to prove something and in complete defiance of his mother?

Why do Condal and Hess feel the need to change fucking EVERYTHING except maybe characters’ names? I can see why George washed his hands of this show. This really isn’t his story anymore.

SPOILERS!!!!!!

So let’s recap:

-Rhaenyra now completely trusts what Alicent has to say after over a decade of catty, borderline dangerous rumors and attacks, along with actively pitting their children against each other

-Jace goes rogue with Baela to fight the triarchy

-Lohar says “lol fuck your King, I’ve got my own mission here” and gets merked by Alyn

-AEMOND AND ALICENT???? UH???? WHY??

-Witchy shit happens again??? I guess?

-Daemon’s 2 minutes on screen were pretty cool. Winter Wolves are pretty sick, too.

-Sheepstealer getting dragged into a war that had absolutely nothing to do with him and taking commands from no one. Not shocking but we threw away Nettles and Morning for this? Really? Did my man dirty.

-Jace has a pretty sudden death that we don’t really see any reactions to so that was…underwhelming. Or maybe I missed them.

-Was that Daeron with the red hair behind Ormund? “PLAIN FEATURED SONS”, AYE ALICENT?

That’s all I have for now. Will watch again with the hubby likely tomorrow.
