The Odenwald in Germany’s region of Hessen is beautiful in Fall when the leaves fall off of the trees. The colors can be spectacular.

The next mountain behind Melibokus is Kuralpe. There is a hotel and restaurant placed: Kreuzhof. Yummy deer dishes and wild boar ar on the menu.

Electric tower on Melibokus, not sure what function it holds other than transmitting radio waves and maybe mobile services. Probably the most opportunistic spot for a Funkturm in Bergstrasse area.
