Sigma MC-11 Canon to Sony FE mount adapter on the Sony A7ii for use with the Sigma Global Vision lenses, but here we see that it also works with the Canon AF lens perfectly well too. A quick comparison with the Commlite Sony Canon adapter too. Note that the Sigma lens did not work with the Commlite adapter which is why it is not shown.
