DAY 1: I am DONE looking like this! It is time to lose 25 pounds and look awesome again.

Day 1

I finally realized that I have to lose weight. It is no longer an option to be like this. I am 5'3" and I am now 150 pounds. I used to be 125.... THIS IS NOT OKAY!!!!! I will lose 25 pounds in the next 2 or 3 months. I am determined.

My body is clinging to the last bit of fat on my body. I need to lose 11 pounds by my sisters graduation so I’m kicking my workouts in overdrive starting tomorrow I’m taking NO PRISONERS.
