Anger is such a messy emotion and such a taboo. Everyone’s afraid and they confuse anger with aggression but they’re completely different. Anger is not wrong or shameful and it should never be punished becuase without anger you have no dark and you have just light and grey. happiness and sadness aren’t the two ends of the scale, anger is underground and its buried. Everything stems from anger and if i screamed and shouted and argued i could be whole and i wouldnt be broken. When i raise my voice slightly it’s shut down and how can you do that to me.
