KB (who is 4yr) finally stop hissing at me like a cat everytime I tell her NOT to do something...however now she's sticking out her tounge at at me giving me a dirty look and holy hell this lil sass got balls. Ugh. I sometimes don't even know what to do with the amount of sass I get.

Awkward

So I needed to verify my address with the school district so I can send KB to Pre School this upcoming fall. Since I live with the in-laws I needed my unofficial MIL to attend the verification and to provide a property tax bill plus utility bill showing proof she's owner of the house and sign an affadavit that I reside there.

The car ride to the school enrollment center was extremely quiet and I felt slightly awakward. Things haven't been well between us. She's trying but I guess in my own head I make her out to be the enemy.... But its just probably because I'm stressed from having to be around her nearly 24/7. We had a disagreement sometime last week and it's beyond frustrating where I can't keep my cool. Language is a barrier. She's gracious enough to try to understand me and talk through things, despite her getting pissed off at me too. I've heard worse stories about other people's MIL and so I'm really trying to appreciate her because she's not evil, but it's hard when you're under the same roof with the constant nagging and suggestions. I need to change my perception of her to see her as a motherly figure, but everytime something leaves her mouth, it almost feels condescending... to which she says she's not (again probably language barrier). Having to listen to her talk is just stressful to me...

I think our relationship would improve when I finally have my own space... but got damn, OC is hella expensive.

I just need out.

Yesterday, we said goodbye to our big girl mochi mama. She was such a sweet girl. She thought she was always a puppy, never understanding her enormous size. Always happy and loved anyone who petted her. Thank you to David & Kim who gave her a warm space in their home while she lived out her senior days where she had company with her cousin Butters. ** sidenote: when (dada) Bee farts, he blames the babies too. But truth be told, sometimes Kaydence's farts are disgustingly loud that I would give Bee dirty looks. 😂🤣
