It really was just for fun. You never meant for it to get as far as it did. You and your friend found the account on tiktok and fell down a rabbit hole. Inmate penpals. You kept scrolling and scrolling, giggling and kicking your feet while your friend reenacted what the inmates would say. 

“We should totally write one.” You said.

“No way! What if they like killed someone?” 

You both side eye each other and laugh. How come murder can be so hot sometimes? 

You both decided that you would pick an inmate, and write them. 

You almost picked the cute guy with tattoos who exclaimed that he loves fat bitches fast cars and tattoos but your friend called dibs before you could. 

So you scrolled, and scrolled, and scrolled. 

Then someone caught your eye. 

He sat there clad in a grey tank top. He wore a face mask and his hair, dark brown, haphazardly thrown into a makeshift bun. His shoulders filled out the entire screen. You could see a jagged scar on his nose that peeked from under the mask and another scar that started above his left eyebrow and disappeared into the mask. He looked… big and mean. 

“Uhm Hallo, my name is König.”

His eyes seemed to dart around like he didn’t know how to act on camera and he was very soft spoken.
