I’m the master of driving people outta my life, but you’re right. She might not be the same little Jewish princess she once was, but she’s still Berry. So, does that mean challenge accepted? ‘Cause yours truly is gonna be there before you know it.

I know you weren’t looking for that, I just felt the need to say something. We’ve had a lot of bad experiences but some very good ones.

You’re not going to lose her, I’m sure we’ll still be getting regular updates from her even beyond retirement. You’ll just have to wait and see, you know I never disappoint.

Well - okay, maybe that’s the only reason I made it through the entire movie. What can I say? I’m always going to be pulled towards something with a little eye candy and he is a little on the old side but he’s aging well.

I don’t care ‘bout any of that anymore. We all did some screwed up things in high school. And to be fair, I’ve never even wanted to call anyone my girlfriend until you. Labels were lame, but I’m over that. You’re my girl, Quinn Fabray.

That’s the thing, though. I don’t wanna see her get screwed over ‘cause his ego. You should hear the way she babbles about him. It’s like she’s takin’ up for a Broadway show or something. Yeah? You used to be pretty good at distractions – still got it?

Well the good part of this is that we get to move forward together, forgetting any of the mistakes we made back then. And before you say anything, I’m not calling everything a mistake.

I don’t want that either, as much I’ve had my fair share of hating on Rachel Berry - I don’t want to see her hurt but we can’t really get involved. She’s chosen to be with him and if we don’t support her, we’ll end up driving her out of our lives and I know you don’t want that. I think I’ve still got what it takes.

I don’t know where I’d be right now if it wasn’t for you reminding that I couldn’t be a total loser my entire life. The thought of not having that – you – it’s something I’ve never really cared about until now. I just – I don’t wanna screw this up.

Just pisses me off that such a good dude is being switched out for a total tool. If Berry is happy, I can overlook some of his shit, but I won’t let him talk down to either of us, alright? He’s no better than us. Just don’t get pissed off when he says some slick shit and I react like the hothead Puckerman I once was.

You’re not going to screw anything up. I spent a lot of time bringing you down and I shouldn’t have, I guess I always wanted someone else to be more of a wash out than I was. But I know you can do this and I’ve never been prouder to call someone my boyfriend.

I’d say it’s best to just let them ride this relationship out, I for one know that two divas won’t work out. You need to have some balance and the two of them are far too dramatic. I won’t get annoyed with you for doing that, I’ll just have to find a different way to distract you so that you don’t completely lose it. Besides, you know I kind of fell for the hothead back in high school --even if I never admitted it.

If he can get over his stage hair and ego, then I can let go too. We both know I’m terrible at being the bigger dude, especially when the other dude is him. I just hate knowin’ that such a shitty dude is picking up such a rockstar. Finn woulda kicked his ass too.

Honesty is the best policy.

We both know how Finn would have felt about Jesse being a part of any of our lives, especially Rachels but we also know he would want her to be happy. If Jesse is the only person she can find who will do that, then I guess we really do need to accept it. It’s not they’re getting married, she can always meet someone else or break up with him the next time he chooses his fame over her. We both know he’ll do that.

Maybe just a little bit.

Look, Q, I want Rachel to be happy too. She’s like the my other Jew half, but I’m not gonna stand around and let her choir boy run his mouth. And I can promise you that no one in uniform is gonna say anything when they find out the bullshit he’s been talkin’. This uniform ain’t goin’ anywhere. I made a promise to myself to do better, but McGel is gonna get what’s coming to him.

No and I get that, I really do. I just think we might be stuck with him in our lives now that Rachel seems pretty serious about him. It might get a little awkward if you two can’t see beyond your differences enough to be in the same room.

So we’ll have the place to ourselves?

– You can’t be serious about that, babe. ‘Course I’m going to blow up when he disrespects the red, white and blue. He was being a total douche. Just ‘cause I’m on this path of doing better doesn’t mean I won’t shove my foot up his ass for being a complete dick.

I know that and I understand why he’s getting such a rise from you but he’s really not worth it. You know how he is, he’s always got to stir up trouble with all of us but I’ve learned to just go along with it and keep to myself. I don’t even know why Rachel is back with him but if she’s happy, I’m happy for her. I just don’t want you to act out now and risk doing something that might get you kicked off the airforce. I kind of like my man in a uniform.

It’s the best way to be, babe. Look, I can’t make any solid promises right now, but as soon as I get the approval, I’ll be crashing at your place until you tell me to leave.

That’s good enough for me, besides it is always nicer around here when my roommates head back home. Oh and try not to rise to anything Jesse says to you, you know he’s always going to be that way. You’re better than that.

I mean, how could you not be thinking about moi? I’m a hot topic. What if I said I could maybe swing by for a few days? Would that make any difference in your plans?

Of course you are and oh so modest about it too. Well, I was already pretty sure about sticking around campus but I thing your plans could make it become a definite decision. Are you serious though?

I’ve been thinkin’ about you a lot. I wasn’t kidding when I told you I wanted to be a better dude. If everything works out alright, I’ll see what I can do. I don’t think I can go another month within seein’ you, though. Might have to pull a few things, but I’ll make it happen. You doin’ anything for Thanksgiving?

I might have been thinking about you too, I kind of miss your goofy face. And I don’t know yet, my mom has asked me to go back home for it but you know how my sister likes to show off her life...and I’m not really in the mood for that so I might just stay here and have a students Thanksgiving dinner.

You know how it goes, babe. Gotta stick our noses into something to make the world go ‘round. Don’t get me wrong, I feel terrible for the shit that’s happenin’ overseas, but I don’t know what we could do to make it better. Same old stuff, Q. Too many dudes around, I think I’m starting to lose my mind.

I know. I feel so bad for them having to go through it but there isn’t much anyone else can do at this point in time, just pray for them. You should be losing your mind but only because you haven’t seen me in a while. Talking of, do you know if you’ll be getting any leave over the Holiday season? I’m thinking of heading to New York to stay with Britt and Santana.

Truth be told, that makes two of us. I’ve heard some chit chat here and there, but I don’t know what they’re wantin’ to do. The American thing to do is to totes fly over and give a helping hand that we don’t even have, but it’s always a possibility.

That would be the usual American response, I would just prefer they send someone else. For selfish reasons, obviously. I’m sure you’ll know soon enough if that’s the plan of action. What’s it like around base at the moment?

With all this stuff going’ on in Paris, makes me wonder when I’ll be shipped out again. I mean, all hail America and whatnot, but these off days have been hella.

Well, I for one would prefer not to see you shipped out again - especially if it has any connection to what’s going on in Paris. Do you think you actually will be shipped out soon?
