// Its been a long time since I picked back up on this story and so I've decided to take it from the top and start with a cover. I'll also make sure to pivot the new page set up with an info page. I'm not going to be diving into this story as hard as before, but my goal is to upload once a week. I'll be starting off creating a buffer for the pages so new pages won't be posted immediately. I'll most likely start posting in about a month.

// I did exactly what I told myself to not do and I still got burned out. The rest of chapter 3 will come slowly as the thought of working on it makes me exhausted. Frustrated with myself that I did this again. I apologize to everyone who has been waiting.

Also thinking about switching up the format of the panels now that I've been working more on my Sonic comics and getting used to that set up. I'm just tired of how long it takes to get these pages out.

@/Anonymous // Backgrounds are my bread and butter! They take no more effort than drawing a good character or just about the same amount of time. Depending what you're doing with your art. I started treating backgrounds with the same respect and admiration as characters when I was but a wee lad in middle school. Attempting crude buildings as backdrops for comics. This was roughly ten million years ago.

Now I'm a professional concept artist. So technically I'm cheating, lol.

If you wish to become better at backgrounds, start treating them as characters rather than a setting. Figure out what kind of backgrounds you enjoy creating the most. Landscapes, Buildings, Interiors, Exteriors, etc. Don't be distracted by the details literally and metaphorically, you'll learn to wield them as you progress.
