Review:

Tare (not tear) is a New Orleans math rock band that is mature beyond their age.  Although incredibly new, their sound is as far developed as twinkly big dogs, such as Modest Mouse.  They incorporate heavy rock drumming and twangy guitars in an effort to pump out some sick car jams.  However; the addition of dreamy, lo-fi vocals softens the overall atmosphere and creates a layer of calm atop instrumental calamity.
