It's been a while but finally getting to post this!

Another piece for my Vestiges of Almost mini-series.

it took me some time to get this posted because I was struggling how to animate this, but I've settled for this style because it captures how it feels sometimes in my head.

This piece is called " Where is My Mind"

For the first time, this won't have any specific music inspiring it.

Have you ever been so infatuated that you just feel like "This is it, this is my whole world, this is all that matters right now"

This is the feeling i tried to emulate in this piece, its a sort of dark isolated love that's so intoxicating but really just based on pure and sincere feelings.

I tried another method of animating for this piece, I've had it in my folders for a while now and was waiting for the right time to post it.

I feel like this works very well with this series of love and loss and almosts.

Starting the year with another 'Vestiges of Almost piece'!

I really tried to push myself a bit more with this one.

I feel like this piece is as straight forward as it gets, spending night till morning on the phone talking.

We are back with another 'Vestiges of Almost piece'!

It took some time, but I wanted to push my art skills further than I did last series.

This song is inspired by Message in a Bottle by @taylorswift / @taylornation

This piece tells the story of an early stage of being in love, it's the yearning and wishing for something more. This bridges the last piece about solitude and sadness and moving towards a new chapter in life.

Finally introducing the very first piece for the Vestiges of Almost mini series~ Trying something a little different with this series with subtle animation. Song inspiration is: Will it ever feel the same by Bazzi Lyrics that inspired this piece: I'll delete your number out my phone, it will hurt, it will hurt, whatever Sit alone inside this house, right here, right now, forever Baby, when you're with somebody else, are you thinking of me? So, I met this girl last night She looked like you and it fucked me up, it's fucking me up I'm wondering Does the feeling of touching you, loving you ever go away? I realized I've been piling up artwork and not posting them. I've just been in a limbo of emotions and consuming music at full speed.

Here is a traditional painting I did some time ago.

I found a song that fits it called Nobody Else by Sneaker kids. This song has me in a proper chokehold and I see no escape anytime soon.

It's the type of song that feels like it encompasses two perspectives and you relate to it depending on where you are mentally.

My favorite part of the lyrics is:

Today I finally closed the book for the Spilt milk series! Thank you to everyone who has supported it.

I am grateful for this space where I have been able to use my art to process the experiences I never thought I could resurface from. Feeling completely renewed let's keep moving forward! To more music and art!~

Fun fact: This piece is my absolute favorite piece I've ever made as of now. I have been waiting to post this and the timing felt like forever.
