Since I've been stuck on the couch for almost two weeks because of my ankle I haven't really lost much but I've maintained around 158-159 which is nice. My doctor even said she's surprised I weighed that much and it was probably only because I've been on the couch all week and I looked good. I am off my crutches but it still kinda hurts to walk and I'm scared of damaging something

What sucks almost the most about being on crutches is I cannot control what I eat all that well and I can't exercise. I literally have no idea the calories of what my family feeds me, I just hope they pick low cal lean cuisines.

Good news is tho I haven't really eaten that much the last few days so slay.

I hurt my ankle on Wednesday and it was fine today so I go to the rink so a few off ice jumps bam on the ground screaming I thought I broke it and now it's really fucked up

I went to the doctor and I am banned from skating for two weeks at least 😭 I have to watch for bruising bcus it could be a ligament tear or smth but she says its just a bad bad sprain
