Every time I see people on social media responding to asks in other languages or making personal posts in their native language I'm just so amazed at non-English speakers on the internet. So many people learn english just to participate in fandom and that's absolutely crazy to me. How can I call myself a true fan when I haven't even learnt an entire language to demonstrate my love?

I used to think I blamed myself for all my own failures because I hated myself and was really depressed but the more I grow up the more I think maybe I blamed myself bc then it was something I could control and fix cause now I feel like a lot of things happen and I can't do anything and I feel really helpless and I hate it.
