So I was going through my old high school notebooks and I found that I had brainstormed old man yaoi fanfic between Matsuda and Ono. The funny thing is that everyone else HATED that book in my class (it was mandatory reading) and I was just feasting on the old man yaoi. I am genuinely curious if anyone else has seen the romantic and/or homoerotic tension between the two??? Ono is essentially checking him out when they first meet (it's a confrontation in the rain mind you), they then engage in a life-long (creative) partnership, AND MATSUDA NEVER MARRIES?? Sadly, I lost my copy so I'm riding on what little I remember of their relationship, but yes.
