          it’s been quite some time since they were able to actually relax for once. most of his crew made themselves comfortable and scurried off somewhere in the damn island. which left killer and kid on the docks, right their vessel. he wasn’t even sure what the hell he wanted to do. he wanted to drink so much booze to the point where he blacks out– but being captain and on the wanted list wouldn’t allow him too much fun like that. he had to keep an eye open if he wanted to remain alive– if he wanted to remain free.

          and freedom, to him, was among one of many important things. a pirate that doesn’t have his freedom isn’t a pirate at all. among other qualities and traits.

     “Oi, Killer– why ain’t you with the rest of ‘em?”           the captain finally spoke up– hoping not to startle his most loyal friend and right hand woman. his gaze strayed towards his most trusted mate, pushing her forwards– in the direction where his other mates scampered off to.      “Quit worrying about me. Ain’t gonna be causing too much trouble. You know damn well I can take care of myself. Just stop your damn worrying and enjoy yourself.”

Besides I find enjoyment in seeing others do the same so I think I’ll pass however thank you for the kind offer,” said with a slight smile, however not not visible for the other too see through the helmet that was covering her face.

At the redheads expression she couldn’t say no, with a sigh she simply gave the taller kiss on the forehead like her mom used to do when she was younger before smiling slightly.

“Sometimes you really are like a child,” the shorter chuckled softly. Granted he could be quite an angry one too at times but never the less she could take it, they had been by each others sides long enough for her to know how to  deal with his outbursts. The opening of a door nearby caught the blondes attention however decided to turn around, it wasn’t day yet however a constant muttering noise hovered over her in an attempt to communicate probably.

The feeling of someone shaking her slightly was added after a few minutes much to her annoyance and with that moved a arm to put it around the mans neck loosely before pressing a kiss to the mans lips as if to simply shut him up, to tired to actually think about the consequences at the moment.
