Apparently in my state it is perfectly legal to take upskirt photos of women, or even underage girls, who have the audacity to wear skirts in public. That is the risk we take, and if we don’t want perverts crouching down in store aisles trying to photograph our lady bits, it’s our own damn fault for not wearing pants, because men are well within their legal rights to be fucking creeps. Even if the woman in question is in fact a 13-year-old girl. 

Scumbag Patrick Buono had the nerve to follow around an underage girl and crouch down to take photos up her skirt. But don’t worry, it’s totally okay! According to Buono’s scumbag lawyer, the nonconsensual photographing of an underage girl’s body is totally the same thing as Marilyn Monroe, a consenting adult, standing over a subway grate for a movie scene. It’s that young girl’s own damn fault for going out in public while having a vagina. It’s “incumbent” on middle school girls to “cover up” (apparently being fully clothed does not qualify as “covering up”) if they don’t want to be lewdly photographed by fucking perverts who are old enough to be their grandfathers. 

Had the girl been in a dressing room or a bathroom, then it would have been creepy. But since it was in a public store aisle and the girl was wearing underwear, everything is a-okay. Oh, and don’t worry. Patrick Buono “feels real bad about it.” 

So if you’re going to be a woman in public in the Portland or Hillsboro area, be sure to avoid this asshole.

Sitting on Teamspeak with 'friends' of mine, who feel the whole thing in Ferguson is overrated and unwarranted. These same people are more concerned with their WoW game or something, and I just don't fucking get it.

An actual snippet:

Lee/Az: The whole Ferguson thing wouldn't have been an issue if he (Michael Brown) hadn't tried to attack a police officer.
