Picture Perfect❞ minah x nora
How could one describe photography?
Photography was something that left Minah speechless. It was something that she had enjoyed doing since her sponsor first gave her a camera for her birthday when she had turned 10.
Photography was the only class that she would never in a million years skip. This class was where she could be at peace with herself and forget about everything.
She tilted her head to the right and then to the left as she scrutinized her latest picture.
There was this girl of about 4 years old, leaving a single red rose on top of a grave; it belonged to her mother. She was crouching and there were visible tears in her eyes. Minah managed to capture the exact moment in which one of her tears rolls down her cheek.
It had broken Minah's heart because she new what it felt like to be without your parents. That was the reason why she had chosen that picture for the exhibit.
She took a seat and looked around classroom. She didn't know any of her classmates and she figured she'd never get to know them. Minah was a friendly person but she usually didn't approach people first.
That's why when the teacher announced that there was to be a new project in pairs she didn't even bother moving of her seat. She figured that is someone wanted to paired with her, they'd approach her first.

Minah turned around to look at the source of the voice. She was surprised to see the new girl following her. “I’m not feeling like going to class today, well I don’t ever feel like going to class but today I’m really not in the mood to attend,” she said tilting her head slightly to the side,”aren’t you going to class?”
Minah couldn’t tell what it was, bu there was something about this girl that she liked. Maybe it was her tomboyish look that made her look like she didn’t care what people thought of her and Minah really admired her for that. She rarely felt so at easy with a person but A.J, she could tell that if she’d let her, they could be the best of friends.
Minah kept a close eye on the new girl, trying to see what her next move was going to be, but her expresison revealed nothing.
Well, not that A.J like going to her classes anyway, but she did not want to let this opportunity go, to meet and get to know a new friends. She hesitated for a second before giving in. “I—i don’t feel like going to my class.” she stuttered a little, shrugging.
She bit her bottom lip, slightly feeling embarrassed upon her stuttering earlier. “Well, where do you planning to go?” she looked away, not wanting the other to see her eyes were showing a tint of embarrassment, they did not even know each other for long and they just met, and here she is now, tagging along with a person she just met a few minutes ago.
"I’m sorry— well you know, if you don’t mind…. me.. tagging along." her last words were almost a whisper.
Minah flashed the girl a smile. "Oh so your skipping? The first day of school? Nice." She motioned with her hand to the girl to follow her before she started walking again.
She looked around the building to make sure nobody was around. Then, she took a shortcut that was behind one of the buildings.
She glanced back to make sure the girl was following her and then looked back to the front.
Once they had gotten out she opened a small gate that lead to the town. She chuckled as the feeling of breaking the rules made her feel so good and alive.
"Are you sure you want to do this? If we get caught we'll be in big trouble, you can always go back A.J."
She had a feeling that A.J wasn't one to back out, but she needed to give her the option. That way she'd know if she had had gotten a troublemaker friend or not.

'Tonk….tonk….tonk' the sounds of arrows hitting its target made Minah feel relaxed at at ease. She had always loved archery and to say that she was good was an understatement; but of course she only thought that to herself, she never bragged, that was just not like her. She took another arrow and positioned in her bow before pulling on the string until her hand touched the corner of her lips; she made sure her elbow was at the right angle before aiming and shooting. Straight to the center. She had been high immersed in what she was doing so when a sudden deep voice was heard in her direction she couldn’t help but be surprise which made her arrow miss the target. She took a good look at the stranger before answering. He was tall, with pale skin and full lips which were half hidden by his dark hair. He was absolutely handsome and he seemed friendly but of course, Minah knew better than to judge a book by its cover. She turned to fully look at him with a small smile tugging at the corner of her lips. “Well, it depends on what I’ll get in exchange for my training sessions.” She said in a teasing tone. The fact that she didn’t trust him didn’t mean she wouldn’t play along with whatever his intentions were, she was pretty sure that he wasn’t even a bit bad, but she’d humor him since she was curious about him and she wanted to see what type of person he thought she was. Besides Minah had been feeling kind of lonely lately, and maybe, just maybe, she was actually craving for a good friend.
Upon analysis that he had just conducted, he could roughly conclude that she was fairly good at archery. Which had hit the right spot yet again, it was instinctual for him to be right—considering the fact that he was the infamous TF-A (Task Force-A) team leader, his name had been constantly up in the ranks of the NSS (National Security System) due to their excellent reputation in handle the missions handsomely, even their deputy director was in favor of him; he was after all, the son of former agents whom had outstanding reputations respectively. It was natural that the blood had run through the family, the genes were passed on commendably as they would say.
Being the youngest team leader NSS has ever had, all eyes and not mention, pressure was on him. he knew he had to make wise and yet right decisions within nick of time—gambling with people’s lives was what they had done, inasmuch as the possibilities they had to consider; for instance, a life was precious and if the risk were vast that their mission would not be accomplished without a life being taken, that treasured life would soon be taken. And in all honesty, he hated it. Especially if the lives within his circle, though he may not look like it, deep within his core, Jason was a man of emotions. If one were to unmask his bountiful faces, that was, if one succeeded in doing so that is, would had the very privilege to learn regarding that matter.
Withal he was gifted with good looks, he knew he had to thank both of his folks. Eminently towards that mother of his, as he had recalled of the people on the internet had stated him for having a default bitch face. At first, he was offended due to the actualization of the verbal offence that was addressed to him, and unintentionally towards her—though in view of that, it came in handy for him. How could he not be thankful when he didn’t had to try hard to just emanate a cold presence, only one glance and poof! People would dubbed him as the cold bitchy faced boy, and not to mention, the enigmatic prince of Mugunghwa.
As he waited patiently for her response, his mind had calculated again and he couldn’t help it. Analyzing was his forte and stopping his on-going mind from obtaining more bizarre theories was to distract it, now was the perfect time to do so. “I’m sorry to bother you,” He offered her a warm smile out, feeling rather apologetic for her miss—it was partly his fault, part him and mostly on his curiosity after all. And he decided to fire more, just in case she wasn’t convinced, “you seem good, that’s why I asked you,” as he ran his free hand on his hair, an act to cover up why he was asking her in the first place.
Fixing his gaze towards her, his lips slowly had shaped up a playful grin. Such a teaser. Blinking his eyes once, he was silent—in thoughts of placing the right words out to her, if he weren’t careful, then its a bye bye for him. “Well,” the Eurasian paused for a bit, adding the element of drama toward his unfinished statement. “It depends on what you want in return then,” the grin had still be intact on that face of his.
Minah chuckled at the stranger. He certainly new his way with words and that made him extremely amusing. "What do you think I want in return?" at this point Minah had put down her bow and arrow so she could face him entirely.
She felt really short compared to him, he might have been intimidating if it weren't or the playfulness that shone through his eyes. He was probably the kind of guy that liked to play games, and he probably always got what he wanted.
"If your offer id good enough, I'll consider tutoring you, although if what you really want from me is a date and not a tutoring session, then you could just ask, saves us both the hassle." She smirked at him playfully and patted his shoulder as she walked to her locker to retrieve her stuff.
She closed her eyes and banged her head against her locker's room horrified at what she had done. Had she..flirted? she shook her head in disgust and prayed that he'd go away and never talk to her again. She quickly changed and proceeded to exist the gym not even bothering to look around hoping she had managed to escape the tall stranger.
She was losing it, and she was losing it big time.
Complications❞ minah x junho
Minah turned around in surprise at the sudden noise. She walked around the corner of the cafeteria and saw Junho telling some poor kid off for not watching where he was going. 'Junho' she thought. Only his name sent a pang of pain in her body. She didn't understand why it hurt so much even just the sight of him. She was so tempted to go there and ask if he was okay, she wanted to hug him, she wanted him in her life but she couldn’t. He had made it very clear that he was disgusted with the mere idea of them being friends. Why did she feel this way about him? Were her feelings perhaps of something more of a friendship? She shook her head as those thoughts crossed her mind. She has been trying very hard to avoid him since she knew that she’d give in to her emotions and go ask him for another chance. 'He's love that, he'd have a blast stomping on my feelings like he was so used to already' she thought bitterly. Sighing she proceeded to go to her next class, only to realize that it was the same way that Junho was heading. She contemplated weather to skip like she usually did but she remembered she had an important test that day, so mustering up all of her courage, she walked towards her class without even glancing up at Junho when she passed next to him. It took every ounce of self restraint that she had but she managed to pretend like she hadn’t seen him. She had already made the decision of never letting anybody look down on her, especially, especially him; and if hating him was the only way to keep her distance, she’d do everything in her power to do just that.
Almost immediately, the boy he had crashed into cowered away from him and bowed, sputtering out his deepest apologies. At the mere display, Junho smirked, knowing that this boy had been a past victim of his. It’s the display of weakness to him that he strives for, the sensation of being presented as a higher class and the thrill of seeing the look of fear prominent in the other’s eyes. Had he not been in a crunch, perhaps he’d play around with the petrified boy, the power he had over him or any other peer like him too great to pass up. Unfortunately, since time was the case, he closed his frank interaction almost immediately as it began as he quickly strode down the hall.
Taking a glance at the time upon his phone, he only had a slimmer amount of time left to go to the pawnshop if he still wished to do so. The expensive watch, now haunting him within the deep depths of his drawers, was bought by Minah and it needed to go. He wasn’t going to let any past ties hold him down, regardless if it was the person themselves or an item passed to him.
As he walked down the hallways, Minah had caught the corner of his eyes and his past concerns were bubbled up once again. Less about them and more of her, his main problem with Minah residing in the same school as him now transformed from being afraid for his old self to surface and more-so about what ties she had with people at this school, if she had any other business besides academics on campus. Had the younger been a cursed student, Junho knew he would be royally screwed. If she were to be on Iris, she could leak his personal information to the team. His past, his history, who he was— She could strip him bare.
Rounding up behind Minah, he decided to to collide against her in order to make her stumble. He only spared a quick glance down upon her before he direction his vision somewhere else and picked up the pace within his strides once more. A warning, he sought of it, but more to himself rather than her. If he allowed Minah to etch closer to him, peel away his perfectly placed walls in order to seek for a young boy who once was joyful, once was timid before reality hit him dead, he would do worse than just a mere shove.
It all happened so fast that Minah didn't even have a chance to react. The impact sent her stumbling down to the floor. She tried to stop the fall with her hands but she only managed to place them in a weird angle before she fell resulting in her left hand making a crunching noise. Minah whimpered in pain as she rolled over and cradled hand against her chest. It hurt so much, but she didn't care as rage and hate filled her body. She knew who the one who had pushed her had been and this time she wasn't going to go down without a fight.
His little stunt had costed her probably a month of not doing archery, a month wasted that she couldn't afford. She quickly got on her feet and walked after Junho. Angry tears filled her eyes before spilling down her flushed cheeks.
Adrenaline filled her body and her emotions clouded her mind. One she was close enough she took him by the arm with her good hand and turned him to face her. The tears were uncontrollable now but she didn't care. She gave him one second to take her in before she slapped him, hard, across the face.
"DON'T EVER COME CLOSE TO ME AGAIN JUNHO, PRETEND I DON'T EXIST!" she screamed at him. She was glad the corridor was empty at the moment because she didn't want anyone to see them together. Ever.
She clutched her injured arm in front of him, "Thanks to you I won't be able to do archery," she gasped a bit for breath, trying to make her voice as cold as she could managed and looked him straight in the eyes,"if you did this to get me to hate you, you got it, I hate you Junho." She sobbed as she walked away angrily away from him and went straight to the nurse's office.

It was that time of the week, yet again and Jason was getting himself busy getting prepared for the archery club meeting. Club meetings were often held during weekends, not that he had mind it. He did (on certain times though) since weekends were his one and only escapade from life itself. Minus the face that one of his classes were on a Sunday, yeay, what a way to end the weekend. Getting work piled up is one, finishing them off is two—not to cite that his never ending responsibility and his main concerns were regarding his being there. A lot deemed the right colloquy, but to properly address of how it would sum had reckon an ocean of unadorned affairs. Getting onto his feet, he made way towards his designated destination and found only a few had arrived—and all of them seemed to be awfully preoccupied with their arrows and bows. Though one particular girl had piqued his interest, as he reached a near seat; he only trailed his eyes and observed. She looked as if she was lonely, and continued on until the curiosity, killed the cat. Reaching for a decent bow and a few arrows, he skidded near, offering his infamous smile out to her. “I’m bad at this, can you teach me how to do this properly?” Though it was a lie, a big fat lie to wrap his true intentions were.
'Tonk....tonk....tonk' the sounds of arrows hitting its target made Minah feel relaxed at at ease. She had always loved archery and to say that she was good was an understatement; but of course she only thought that to herself, she never bragged, that was just not like her.

— trouble❞ amber && minah
Minah had seen the girl from a few feet away, and had felt pity as she looked upon her distressed expression. She decided to remove her headphones and walked her direction to see if she might need any help.
As expected, the girl soon approached her asking for directions as she showed her the list of classes in her hands. "Ahh you’re almost there", She sad as she offered the tomboyish girl a smile as she pointed to the building a few feet away, "It’s in this building right here, the first door to your right."
"I’m Minah by the way, nice to meet you", she sad as she waved at the girl and proceeded to walk the opposite direction. Today she was not feeling like going to class, she wanted to break some stuff or sneak out of the school and go to her room to take a nap.
She sighed as she put her headphones back up, blasting up the music’s volume so she could drown out all the noise that polluted her ears.
She felt rather confused, looking at the building the other was pointing out, she was sure she checked that building earlier, she blinked as she observed the building, clearly remembering if her mind was not playing tricks on her. “Are you sure—“ she whispered, her voice with a tint of uncertainty.
“I’m A.J.” her lips curving into a smile as she glanced at her, seeing that she was walking on the opposite direction, she felt rather unsure if she should follow the other. She had nowhere to go, knowing the building the other pointed was clearly to the building she was looking for. She did not want to question her anymore so she decided to drop her doubt already.
She shrugged, deciding to follow her as she felt like being dragged by her feet towards the direction to where Minah was walking. “Hey—where are you going?”
Minah turned around to look at the source of the voice. She was surprised to see the new girl following her. "I'm not feeling like going to class today, well I don't ever feel like going to class but today I'm really not in the mood to attend," she said tilting her head slightly to the side,"aren't you going to class?"

Complications {Junho x Minah}
Minah always ate her lunch alone. Always.
Lunch was the only time of the day that she could be left alone in her own thoughts as she ate yummy food that she loved so all of her classmates new better than to try and sit with her.
This day there was a sandwich, some chips and a juice in her tray, which she picked at from time to time given that on this particular day she didn’t really feel hungry. The reason? She was wondering about Junho.
She knew that they had decided to part ways because well, that’s what he wanted but she couldn’t get rid of the feeling that something was missing.
She sighed and shook her head as she proceeded to look around before reaching into her backpack and taking out her wallet with the spare money from the watch. She counted it and then put it away as she was to take it back to the bank that day.
She decided that she needed to eat so she ate the whole sandwich but just as she was about to finish she received a call from her sponsor. “Hello?” she said as she held her cellphone between her shoulder and ear as she cleaned up her table.
She hurriedly walked outside so she could listen in better.
"Hello Minah, how have you been?" the voice in the other end said.
Minah had always wondered what her sponsor looked like and the reason why he had never shown himself to her.
"Hello Mr. S " Her sponsor had insisted on her calling him that, the s from sponsor, which meant that she didn’t even know his real name.
"Ho have you been? Have your grades been well, remember that I have big plans for you so you better study hard, "the voice laughed softly before continuing, "Now Minah, why don’t you tell me what you bought with those 500 dollars that you took, and don’t lie to me this time, I know it wasn’t school supplies."
Minah let out a sigh, she had forgotten that he kept really close tabs on her. "I bought a watch for a friend of mine, it was his birthday and i wanted to give him something special."
The voice laughed once again, “Aigo Minah, if that was the case you should have told me from the start, I won’t be mad because you do stuff for your friends, I’m even relieved that you have friends. Now, keep being a good girl and don’t get in too much trouble alritght?”
"I can’t promise you anything Mr. S" Minah said with a chuckles before hanging up.
If she was being honest with herself, Mr.S really creep-ed her out.
This was an utter waste of time and an ultimate way to make an absolute fool of himself. Junho realized this as he watched Minah eat. He threaded his ring-claded fingers in his chocolate locks and dipped his head down, nearly banging it on the table. Was this who he deemed himself to be now? A mere stalker? If he wanted to stalk people, surely there were better people out there, people more important and useful to him than a simple ex-childhood friend.
Letting out an exasperated sigh, he freed his fingers from his hair before smoothing his brunet locks back into perfection. He wasn’t going to do this anymore. Minah was not of that importance to him—- and he wasn’t going to start making her of such importance, either.
Junho stood to leave and, yet, at the same moment, apparently so did Minah once her cellphone had begun to ring. Past promise forgotten, the brunet curiously looked at the girl before, slowly, he followed her outside the cafeteria as well. Whilst Minah stood outside the door to talk, Junho stood at the door, dipping his head down and taking out his phone, pretending to text whilst he eavesdropped.
Almost immediately after Minah had begun to speak, Junho felt a great bout of confusion. Mr. S? Who was that? Her adoptive parents, perhaps? The second year scooted a bit closer to his past friend, trying to see if he could hear who she was talking to. Ultimately, he couldn’t, but he got more than what he bargained for when the topic of a watch was soon brought up. A sick, wretched feeling knotted within the pit his stomach, knowing that the certain friend she spoke about was him. After all, who else of the male population at Mugunghwa had a recent birthday and received a watch as a gift?
A sudden wave of nausea overcame him, he wasn’t going to keep yet another thing from this damnation of a girl. As he looked down upon his cellphone screen, he saw that he had enough time before his next class to make a quick stop at the pawn shop and pawn the expensive watch she had given him.
Junho slipped his phone within the pockets of his jackets and set out into a powerful stride. However, before he could make it even a foot or two away from the cafeteria, he harshly collided with someone and his expression flickered into one of great disgust.
”Can you watch where you’re going?" He snarled, "Or is that too much of a complicated task for you to do?"

Complications {Junho x minah}
500 dollars.
That was the amount that she had withdrawn from her saving acocunt exactly 2 weeks ago. That was what her last contact with her former friend had been worth if you thought about it.
The last time that Minah has spoken to him, he had requested of her to pretend like they didn’t know each other, which of course, was the truth. They were strangers now; all the secrets, and years, and pain had made them opposite people to who they were today.
But even so, she had felt guilt for not wishing him a happy birthday, even if it was just as she was walking away from him, so she had taken 500 dollars from her saving’s account and bought an expensive watch; although the definition of expensive highly depended on how much money the person saying it owned.
She wrapped it up in a dark blue box and placed a golden ribbon on it, before sneaking around and leaving it outside of his for with a simple note of ‘Happy Birthday’ in her neat cursive writing. No signature, no nothing, just the last bit of what Minah would ever do for him.
Her sponsor had asked her about the withdrawal of such amount since she wasn’t the type to spend, but she didn’t want anyone to know that Minah and Junho has a past together. It was easier to forget that way; so she brished it uf as “stuff she had needed to buy for school”
It had almost been a month, and it actually worried Minah how much she ached despite the fact that they hadn’t been close for at least 10 years.
That’s why they say that when you expect something form someone, you set yourself up for disappointment.
The rest of January had been mediocre for Junho. A burden, even. Ever since his best friend of more than ten years ago had resurfaced from the unknown, ever since the two of them broke off ties officially, there hadn’t been a day since where Junho hadn’t been stressed about his current events, decisions, and even himself. It was almost as if the breaking of their friendship had negatively impacted him, Lee Junho, Mugunghwa’s Emperor, whose stoic face and coal heart went unmoved by most. It was ridiculous, absolutely absurd and, no matter how many times Junho lied to himself and told him that the matter of Minah was yet another obsolete fragment of his life, there was an uncomfortable feeling knotting within the back of him.
To make matters worse, he had recently been sent a rather expensive watch. He knew it had been expensive— He had tried to pawn it, of course. However, much to the pawnshop owner’s displeasure, he had taken it back in a similar fashion he had did with the locket Minah have given him and his mother’s engagement ring. The watch found it’s rightful place soon, not upon Junho’s right wrist where it should have been, but within the box that held his mother’s ring and the very locket Minah had given him. Although the accessory had been very Junho-esque in nearly every factor, it had been an anonymous gift and, because of it, the brunet didn’t trust it. He knew his adoptive family didn’t send it either. They sent him cheap things, mainly so that he wouldn’t pawn them, and after a recent incident with his older sister Junhye, his family hardly kept in touch with him at all. The only other person whom knew his birthday landed upon January 25th was Minah but, surely, knowing the other girls roots, Junho knew that his old friend would never in her life be able to afford such a luxurious item. The mysterious gift and the last lingering moments of possibly the only innocent friendship he had in his life had been driving Junho mad, apoplectic, skeptical, and confused. Throughout the days, he felt mentally and physically exhausted, defeated, and overall, nasty. Minah had caused a ruckus within him and she didn’t even have to try. The mere fact was like a bulldozer to his pride.
Perhaps it was because of how skeptic he was, but soon Junho found himself watching Minah from afar, assuming that she had an ulterior move in her mind and not because he was growing concerns for her. He wanted to know, specifically if, by a slim stroke of luck, Minah had sent him the watch, not if she was involved with such ill-intentions and games that happened underneath the campus’ floorboards. Throughout his days of research, he learnt that Minah had some kind of sponsor who funded her into Mugunghwa University and, interest piqued, he took his observations a step further.
Today, it was the same routine. Finish his classes, take a nap in the library, spend time in the film department and, whenever time allowed it to fit, watch Minah. It was lunch when observing Minah was able to fit within his daily schedule and Junho soon found himself in the cafeteria, a table or two down from hers. Pretending to be so be intrigued by the jargon of statistic problems sprawled out upon with him, Junho sent a few glances at Minah’s way, trying to see if what she was doing was notable or if there would be anyone who would walk up to her and talk to her. Instead of being filled with math equations, the ntoebook laid out in front of him was filled with scribbled spirals and crude drawings as he watched and waited.
Minah always ate her lunch alone. Always.
Lunch was the only time of the day that she could be left alone in her own thoughts as she ate yummy food that she loved so all of her classmates new better than to try and sit with her.

"Hello Mr. S " Her sponsor had insisted on her calling him that, the s from sponsor, which meant that she didn't even know his real name.
"Ho have you been? Have your grades been well, remember that I have big plans for you so you better study hard, "the voice laughed softly before continuing, "Now Minah, why don't you tell me what you bought with those 500 dollars that you took, and don't lie to me this time, I know it wasn't school supplies."
Minah let out a sigh, she had forgotten that he kept really close tabs on her. "I bought a watch for a friend of mine, it was his birthday and i wanted to give him something special."
The voice laughed once again, "Aigo Minah, if that was the case you should have told me from the start, I won't be mad because you do stuff for your friends, I'm even relieved that you have friends. Now, keep being a good girl and don't get in too much trouble alritght?"
"I can't promise you anything Mr. S" Minah said with a chuckles before hanging up.
If she was being honest with herself, Mr.S really creep-ed her out.

500 dollars.
That was the amount that she had withdrawn from her saving acocunt exactly 2 weeks ago. That was what her last contact with her former friend had been worth if you thought about it.
The last time that Minah has spoken to him, he had requested of her to pretend like they didn't know each other, which of course, was the truth. They were strangers now; all the secrets, and years, and pain had made them opposite people to who they were today.
But even so, she had felt guilt for not wishing him a happy birthday, even if it was just as she was walking away from him, so she had taken 500 dollars from her saving's account and bought an expensive watch; although the definition of expensive highly depended on how much money the person saying it owned.
She wrapped it up in a dark blue box and placed a golden ribbon on it, before sneaking around and leaving it outside of his for with a simple note of 'Happy Birthday' in her neat cursive writing. No signature, no nothing, just the last bit of what Minah would ever do for him.
Her sponsor had asked her about the withdrawal of such amount since she wasn't the type to spend, but she didn't want anyone to know that Minah and Junho has a past together. It was easier to forget that way; so she brished it uf as "stuff she had needed to buy for school"
It had almost been a month, and it actually worried Minah how much she ached despite the fact that they hadn't been close for at least 10 years.
That's why they say that when you expect something form someone, you set yourself up for disappointment.

First day of class.
It was always nerve wrecking for Amber. New people, new environment. Although she didn’t really find it hard to befriend new people. In fact, she actually love making new friends. Maybe she was too excited to notice that she was way too early for her class and it was not a wrong decision to be this early, if she were to wake up later, she could have been late for class. She never knew the campus could be this huge. Very huge that she find herself lost while finding the right room.
"God damn it. How can a campus be this huge." she mumbled under her breath, hissing as she sat on the bench nearby. She was looking around, trying to see if there were anyone around whom she can ask. She was really lost, they should have gave her directions in a piece of paper, or maybe a map, she thought. "Ugh…."’ She sighed out of frustration, looking from left to right to find someone who knows where the psychology classrooms are.
She was cursing under her breath upon walking around, still looking around. She felt a little embarrassed with her situation. She felt like a lost puppy. It was not long after she saw someone coming along her way. She did not hesitated to approach the girl. “Hey…” She felt really awkward upon asking the stranger. “I’m sorry to interrupt, but i’m kinda lost, could you please tell me where this room is?” She showed her the paper she was holding, her class list. And she was pointing at her Psychology Class. “I’m sorry, it’s my first day and i’m a transfer student. I have no idea where i am.”
Minah had seen the girl from a few feet away, and had felt pity as she looked upon her distressed expression. She decided to remove her headphones and walked her direction to see if she might need any help.
As expected, the girl soon approached her asking for directions as she showed her the list of classes in her hands. "Ahh you're almost there", She sad as she offered the tomboyish girl a smile as she pointed to the building a few feet away, "It's in this building right here, the first door to your right."
"I'm Minah by the way, nice to meet you", she sad as she waved at the girl and proceeded to walk the opposite direction. Today she was not feeling like going to class, she wanted to break some stuff or sneak out of the school and go to her room to take a nap.
She sighed as she put her headphones back up, blasting up the music's volume so she could drown out all the noise that polluted her ears.

Minah felt relived, happy, scared, sad and everything in just a few moments. She was so relieved that he was alive. She was happy that she could see and talk to him again, scared because she knew that the man that was in front of her wasn’t the little kid that she had been friends with and sad because she knew that something in him had been lost.
Junho wasn’t the sweet and caring kid that she had called oppa back in the orphanage. He was cold and inhuman, he didn’t care, and she cold see in his cold eyes that he had built up the perfect walls to protect himself. No going in and no going out.
'I don't know you' he said, but he was lying. She had to know her, he had to remember. He was so close yet so far from her, which made her want to get closer. 'Don't be stupid Minah, you'll get hurt, turn around and walk away' That’s what her mind told her to do, but what she felt was totally different, so she did what she hadn’t done in a very long time.
She chased after him. She took a few steps to close the distance between then, taking as advantage the fact that he was turning away from her. She got courage and wrapped her arms around his waist in a back hug.
"Oppa, do you remember this? do you remember me calling you oppa when we were kids? You taking care of me?." Her voice shook from the tears that had started to cloud her vision. It had been years since she had cried, crying was a weakness, and she had stopped being weak a very long time ago; but she couldn’t stop once the memory of their first meeting filled her mind.
A young frighten Minah looked around the unfamiliar place. She had recently been taken to the orphanage and she couldn’t understand what was happening. A young boy, older than her, walked up to her and sat next to her. Are you scared? he had asked in a very gentle manner. He was still a kid, but for Minah he was a big kid. She nodded her head, afraid to speak and the younger boy patted her head gently Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you, so from now on, call me oppa okay? He said as he stood up to leave. The younger girl stood up and stopped him by hugging his waist, giving him a back hug, something that would later on become very usual for them. Oppa, don’t leave okay? The boy shook his head I’ll never leave you behind.
'But he did' Minah thought as a tear rolled down her cheek.
He was going to lie down—- He needed to lie down. A wave of nausea had overcame him and his head was spinning, spinning, spinning. Unwanted memories prickled at the back of his mind, the legacy of a young boy who once felt, the palette of emotions spreading upon his blank canvas and—- oh god, he couldn’t breathe.
Those arms weren’t supposed to be there. Junho tensed, as rigid as a stone, as Minah flung herself upon him. Unwanted warmth, unknown warmth, developed around him yet he found himself silently fighting against it, stubbornly remaining on the other hand. Slowly, the brunet’s ring-cladded hand snaked up and placed itself on top of Minah’s hand. It twitched, as if unsure if it should stay there or yank her away.
Oppa, what’s wrong, the young boy felt arms wrap around his waist, the familiar head of a girl pressing against his back. In a last moment’s resolution, he had tried to wipe his tears away. not trying to show any weakness in front of his friend. Unfortunately, instead of coming off as cool and macho as he hoped, his actions only succeeded to make more tears fall, his breathing heavy and uneven. I—-I miss my dad, he had hiccuped, I want my dad back… I don’t wanna be here anymore.
This had been a notion back to when he had been innocent, when he had been naive. Such comfort had only been available to him years back, when Lee Junho had been the name of an outcasted orphan, not a demented demon. As much as a part of him would like to let go of his pride, lean back and turn around, greet Minah with a smile and tell her how long it had been, the brunet knew such things would only belong within a fantasy film. In this world, he stood alone, he knew that too well, too soon. The hand upon Minah’s tightened. He didn’t need this.
"Even if I did remember," Junho had began, the tone of his voice slow in reassurance that Minah understood every syllable that left his lips, "Does that make me obligated to care?" He laughed, sardonically. "That was over eight years ago! When I was a kid! Do you expect me to be the same person with the same feelings for that long of a time? Please!”
He tried to yank himself away from the shorter individual’s grasp. The warmth he had felt was simmering away, the icy prick of apathy and his deathly pride creeping back within him. Taking a deep breath, he tried to recollect himself, “Perhaps, it would be most appropriate if I were the one to tell you this…”
Junho turned, narrowing his eyes, glowering straight at Minah, “But people change, darling.” Between the two of them, it was only prominent that Junho had been the one whose personality had taken a one-eighty degree turn. Minah, she seemed to be as bright as day, as she had always been to him, over ten years ago, Junho— His shoulders had turned heavy with sin, his hands tainted with blood. He had turned reckless, cruel, heartless— and he was fine with it. Satisfied, even. “We’re no better than strangers now, the two of us. When I walk down these corridors, I don’t expect or want you by my side or even near me. And this—" He had motioned to his waist, where seconds ago Minah’s arms had been,"— I don’t want your filthy arms around me, or anywhere around me." His arms crossed in front of him, he leaned from one foot to the other.
"The fact that we were close back then, ten years ago—- That is obsolete information, completely a load of bullshit now. Between the two of us—" He motioned his hands, "—We’re nothing. You’re nothing. Whenever I see you in the corridors, you’re not and never will be any different from the peers that I see everyday. In fact, perhaps you’re worse now, hm? I’m not going to tolerate you and I expect you, Minah, to do the same to me, got it?”
Rejection was something that Minah had grown used to ever since her parents had chosen her over drugs and had neglected her, and as years passed, when people kept rejecting her everywhere because of where she came from made her immune to feeling any for of sadness or self-pity or depression or anger.
Minah felt numb. She looked at her former best friend as he rejected her, as he told her that he didn't need her in his life and that things had changed. She knew that his words were meant to hurt her but they did nothing, other than make her realize that her attempts for them to be close again were going to be in vain.
"Fine, is that's what you really wish for then, I won't ever bother you again, and you're right, how foolish of me to think that you'd have stayed the same, that you'd even car a bit, I mean, my parents didn't care so why should you?" She said as she let out a sarcastic laugh.
Keeping her eyes locked in his dark ones, she proceeded to reach around her neck and unclasp a round locket before taking a step forward and taking his hand in hers.
"I promise this will be the last time that I put my 'filthy' hands on you, I just need to return this to its rightful owner", and she placed the small locked in his cold hand, which was noticeably larger than hers, and closing his long fingers around it before letting go of his hand and turning her back on him.
She walked a few steps before she turned her head slightly. "I'm sure you don't remember but you gave this to me when a couple had come to the orphanage wanting to adopt a daughter and they had requested to talk to me."
She turned her head back to the front and kept walking, not once looking back again, as she remembered that day.
Junho a tear stained girl said as she hugged her friend as if her life depended on it. I don't want to go, what if they take me away? The older boy hugged the girl tight before pulling away from her grasp. Minah, that's not going to happen okay? And if it does he said as he removed a locket from his neck then you keep this until we meet each other again okay?

Despite his cold approach, Minah couldn’t help but feel her chest fill with hope, which was a very very dangerous thing. She was setting herself up for disappointment but that day she didn’t care, she just wanted answers.
She kept looking at him trying to make sure that her eyes weren’t playing some kind of trick on her. She new that it was highly probable that he didn’t even remember but still she felt like she should try.
"I-I’m Minah, Minah Bang…do you not remember me?" She asked her voice sounding unsure. This was so unlike her, she was always carefree and relaxed, never worried and afraid. Never weak, but here she was, being week in front of someone who could certainly hurt her in was imaginable. She new that very well, but if she was right she didn’t care.
The weakness hidden in the tone of her voice, how vulnerable the girl seemed to be in front of him— It made Junho shudder slightly in disgust. Normally he was quite the instigator, an antagonistic jerk who preyed upon the negative emotions oozed out from his peers, but in this occasion he found the display of weakness quite…unsettling. Uncomfortable, even. Perhaps it was because of how hopeful she seemed of him, the foreboding fact that the two of them definitely had some kind of history together, that he had once been an important part of this obnoxious girl’s life.
Bang Minah. Junho glanced downwards. The name definitely held some sort of past intimacy within it but, as far as he knew, he never met the baby-faced girl within his years of both high school and middle school. Did they trace farther back than that? It was a possibility, however, a relatively low one. After all, Junho had made sure that he ceased any ties and connections held from his past.
:Junho opened his mouth so that he could sneer at her once more, ridicule her on her obsolete feelings, but before any noise could escape him, realization spontaneously dawned upon him.
Minah, Minah, look! I drew us as wizards! Cool, right?! A young boy with rosy cheeks held a drawing of him and his best friend in his hands, the two of them adorning funky, stereotypical pointy wizard hats and stick wands, I think it’s cool, anyways.
His fists suddenly clenched by his sides and he sharply inhaled before taking a step back. No. He screwed his eyes shut and ignored how his nails dug harshly against the flesh of his palms. No. It was like opening a raw wound, his time at the orphanage, his wasted childhood.
She was the only one he had felt completely comfortable by and, inevitably, she had become one of his few friends. They did a lot of things together, a dynamic duo, but then a kind family had stepped in one day and a young girl had grabbed him by the arm and declared that she wanted this one as her younger brother because he was cute and seemed to be shy and kept to himself——
"…I don’t know you." He had harshly interjected, breathless. "I don’t know you." He repeated himself, mainly to himself so that he could convince himself that this was just a mere prank. He opened his eyes to take a second to look at Minah before looking away and crossing his arms..
"Stop wasting my time with some irrelevant fantasy." He turned around, back facing towards her, daring to walk off, "The last thing I’d ever would allow myself to be is childhood friend of of yours." He gave a scoff at the thought. However, despite his words, there was a peculiar, burning feeling emerging from within him. To someone like him, apathetic and pessimistic, it felt begrudging and made him feel sick down to the hollows of his bones. Was it regret? His forgotten and abandoned self-consciousness coming back? He couldn’t tell.
Minah felt relived, happy, scared, sad and everything in just a few moments. She was so relieved that he was alive.
