as one of the best professional tennis players in the world, you've been known as someone intimidating on court with insane composure under pressure.
you're the kind of player who doesn't bat an eye when the scoreboard turns ugly or when your opponent tries to squeeze in some fake injuries or unnecessary calls, opting to stay calm and keep the court in your favorâalways.
your expression rarely gives anything away: celebrations are never exaggerated, no visible frustrationsâjust steady, unreadable focus that makes your opponents second-guess every hit they take.
but the moment you step off the courtâthe racket leaving your hand, the tension draining from your shouldersâyour sharp edges soften, your gaze that had looked for weaknesses in your opponents to looking for someone else entirely.
because there, in the stand, is one of your biggest supporter, your girlfriend, minatozaki sana.
and when your eyes squint to meet hers under your sports visor, your expression changes 180, the crafted composure melting immediately: a big toothy smile on your face, hands waving with zero dignity nor shame, arms moving like an excited kid whose parent had come to see their big game.
on court, you're untouchable.
but off court, you're anything butâjust all sana's.
â
minatozaki sana and you dating wasn't big news nowadays (though whenever you both interacted with each other, fans would scream their lungs out).
the announcement, on the other hand, had caused national chaos. you remembered it clearly, how both of your names were plastered across every news headline for a good while; reporters' cameras flashing everywhere you go.
both of your fans gave unconditional support, which made you incredibly thankful and happy.
it had surprised you, actually. because you had both braced yourselves with hate and criticism, but was only met with warmth and ongoing support from fans all around the world.
there were loud opinions, of course, but they were drowned out by the steady wave of positive messages, enough for you to always be excited to get in your bed at night, head resting comfortably right in the crook of sana's neck, while you both read uplifting comments and watch fan edits.
although things can get hectic during your season, which usually overlaps with sana's busiest period as well, your relationship is strong enough to withstand a few weeks apart.
however, it's not always that easy. especially since you're so used to cuddling your girlfriend in your sleepâher body molding perfectly with yoursâor her morning kisses that dissipate your morning grogginess. it's hard to go a few weeks without those, especially her kisses and soft linen jasmine scent that she carries.
and as much as you feel disheartened every time you wave her off at the airport, you try not to show it, because sana will most definitely ditch her flightâher jobâto stay back with you.
so when she tells you she won't be able to make it to your final game of the season because of her brand promotion, you were definitely distraught.
but love and work cannot be in the same bracket, something you've been trying to master in your years of being with sana.
â
now, about to be miles apart, with no 'good luck' kisses for your game, you sulk as you get ready for your match.
sana is on the phone with you, having managed to get an hour or two of free time before her flight to another country for her attendance tomorrow.
"i really want to be there..." she whines through the phone, her lips most likely in a big pout, "i hate missing your games, you know that, right, darling?"
you hum, albeit too distractedly, hands fixing your skirt.
you knew sana feels super guilty for not being at one of your biggest game of the season, especially when her manager had texted you earlier how your girlfriend have been pouty and mopey all day.
"i already told manager-unnie i want the livestream pulled up on every screen; whatever device i can get my hands on with the airplaneâs wifi," she paused for a second, whispering something to whom you believe is her manager, voice going back to normal afterwards, "i really want to facetime, because i know you look really hot right nowâ"
"sana! you're on speaker!" you glance around quickly, mortified when you see your coach and a few players nearby.
giggles erupt from her side, the sound traveling through the space enough to make it sound like she's actually in the room with you.
"sorry," she says, voice cute enough to not sound apologetic in the slightest, "hi everyone! please make sure my girlfriend is drinking enough water. she usually forgets before matches!"
"i do notâ"
"your water bottle is still full, right?" you look down at it, the bottle untouched ever since you filled it up. your eyebrows scrunch up in offense when you hear people around you snort, shoulders shaking with poorly hidden laughter.
of course they would fall for sana's charms.
her laugh on the other side of the line is fully encouraged, knowing that she has an audience.
"also," she continues sweetly, "make sure her shoulder is in good condition! she got it twisted in a funny angle when weâ"
you straighten immediately, quickly snatching the phone on the table to take her off speaker, because what the hell?!
your face is red when you rush out a "okay, bye, baby!"
"wait, waitâ" she tries, giggling too much to get air in properly, "darlingâno, don't hang upâ"
"baby, you're exposing classified information to the public...!" you hush out, eyes glancing around as you cup your phone's speaker close to your ear.
your girlfriend feigns gasp,
"i didn't know giving you a massage along your arms and stretching them was classified information!"
oh, you had a totally different idea of what exactly classified information is.
"...unless you thought i was talking about the one time we had seâ"
"sana."
another dramatic gasp.
"uh oh, am i in trouble?"
you roll your eyes at that, because sana is ridiculous.
ridiculously annoying and cute.
you hear your name being called from your coach, letting you know that your match is about to start, his tone cheeky when he adds on to hurry with your conversation with sana.
you roll your eyes at him at him too, though your smile betrays your annoyance.
"alright, baby, i have to go now," you pout, clutching your phone tighter when your girlfriend tells you how amazing and beautiful and talented andâ
"love you, baby. have a safe flight...and support me, hm?"
"love you more, darling. of course, i'll have about four devices propped up with different channels, just to get all the angles of your buttâ"
you hang up right away, smiling widely to yourself as you stuff your phone into your bag.
-
it's a difficult match, that's for sure.
your opponent is good. good in a way that is wrapped around exaggerated challenge calls, constant complaints to the umpire, and suspiciously timed breaks right when you start building momentum.
and usually, you're composed, being able to handle these mishaps like the back of your hand.
but today, they're enough to get under your skin.
the way she lifts her hands innocently every time before making a call that's clearly not needed and wrong.
the way she smirks, mouthing some nonsense you choose not to pay attention to.
the way she watches you lose your composure bit by bit.
you start missing your serves, your timing is off, tiny mistakes piling up that gnaws at your restraint.
"out!"
your head snaps up immediately, because you know your send of the ball had clipped the line. so how the hell is it out?
the crowd murmurs too, uncertain on the call, but your opponent is already walking towards the baseline, casually twirling her racket like nothing happened.
you stare at her for a second in disbelief before looking up towards the umpire.
"are you serious?"
he gives the usual calm response, voice monotone that irks you impossibly more.
your opponent used a challenge, eyes narrowing under her visor because she believes she's right.
the stadium screens lit up, showing the ball's trajectory and where it landed relative to the line: in, by a hair.
you scoffed at the results, feeling a headache starting to form, pounding against your temples because of nonsense and another unneeded call.
unbelievable.
your opponent, on the other hand, has her jaw clenched, walking back to the baseline, muttering under her breath.
the game continues on, fiery hits going back and forth between you two.
whatever your opponent has up her sleeves, it's slowly working; your rhythm is almost disarrayed.
as you go to towel off between games, your eyes can't help but make their way towards the player box out of habit, even though you know the person youâd like to be there is not.
but then you freeze, breath catching instantly as your eyes catch sight of her.
there, in her crisp white polo ralph lauren shirt with sunglasses perched on her head, is minatozaki sana, whom is suppose to be in a plane on her way to another city by now.
she smiles widely when you meet her gaze, like she's been waiting for this exact moment just to see your reaction.
numerous questions race in your head:
why is she here? to support you, obviously.
what about her ad promotion? hard question.
what happened to watching you on different screens in an aircraft thousands of feet in the sky? another hard question.
are you hallucinating right now? possibly. but then you wipe your eyes and she's still there, looking all pretty under the sun, so probably not.
too caught up in seeing sana in person, you don't notice the camera panning from your reaction to your girlfriend blowing you a flying kiss, causing the crowd to completely lose it.
heat rushes up your neck, feeling yourself perspire again, even though you just wiped your sweat away.
her sweet smile is still on her face as you get back into position, allowing your shoulders to loosen, jaw to unclench, and mind to clear.
and as she watches you with admiration and awe, your confidence and strength fill you up from head to toe, with enough certainty to show her that coming to see you will all be worth it in the end.
you're about to play better than you have all day.
-
the last rally begins, with every one of your shots becoming faster, cleaner, and sharper. your opponent scrambles across the court, constantly forced into defense and reacting instead of playing around.
her cocky expression from earlier is now replaced with urgency, worry written all over her face.
and when you take big strides toward the net on the next short ball, your delivery sends it zooming past your opponentâher reaction is too slow to save it.
and when the adrenaline dies out, her face flares red from her loss.
the stadium erupts in clapping and cheers, the sound drowning out when you look over at sanaâwho's smiling and clapping and repeatedly blowing you kisses with her hands.
you've won the finals, but you believe sana has won your heart instead.
-
as someone who's been trained to answer personal questions professionally, it was hard to do just that when the questions pertain about your lovely girlfriend.
"your energy seemed to spike later on. what changed after the second set?" sana.
"we rarely see you do this on court, but what, or who, caused you to suddenly smile?" sana.
"you had a bit of a rough start, what helped reset your focus?" sana.
"the crowd went crazy after they noticed your girlfriend showed up. how did you feel when you saw her?" how youâre so lucky to have her in your life (okay, you didn't say it exactly in those words, but definitely along those lines).
-
making your way quickly back to your changing room, sana is already waiting on the couches, jumping into your arms right when you open the door.
you engulf her immediately with a small "umph," regaining balance enough to settle your hands on her lower back and spinning her around.
"you're here." you settle her back down on the ground, calloused palms now on her exposed midriff.
"yes, i couldn't possibly miss your most important game, darling!"
her eyes twinkle like stars, lips in an amused curve like a birthday surprise.
"but what about your brand promotion? isn't that tomorrow?! i thought you were going to watch on the plane!"
sana averts her gaze guiltily, teeth biting her lower lip.
"technically, yes...but i kind of hid some information from you..."
you raise an eyebrow, encouraging her to continue with the swipe of your thumb on her hips.
"yes, i do have a brand promotion in a different city tomorrow, but i was also invited by polo ralph lauren to attend the finals today. and as a brand ambassador and especially your girlfriend, i had to come."
"w-wait, then when are you leaving for your schedule tomorrow?!"
she looks away again, lips in an even guiltier smile.
"ideally right now...but, you know... i have to celebrate on your win, right?"
you nod slowly, eyes squinting on where she's going with this.
"and then after celebrations, i also need cuddle time with you, a-and you know...of that sort..." she trails off, cheeks turning pink before she lets out a sigh, "i'll be leaving for an early flight tomorrow morning then, since the event isn't until the afternoon..."
she's squeezing a ton of things in the span of 48 hours?! for you?!
"okay, waitâhold on, babeâ" you close your eyes for a quick second, taking a deep breath because what is your girlfriend thinking?!
"darling," she whines, "i know, i know. you're going to say that i should take care of myself and that all of this is absurd and exhausting. but i got it under control, okay? watching you out there, doing what you love with confidence, and also having the privilege to see in-person the way the skirt fits you so wellâ"
your finger goes up to her lips quickly, embarrassed at her bold words. but then sana's hand on your neck make its way down to your thigh, slipping it under your skirt to pull against the safety shorts; the snap back of the band makes you flinch slightly.
your rosy cheeks turns a shade darker, breath uneven as you hold on to her wrist.
"baby...we're in public."
"oh, i thought you like thatâ"
and when a knock interrupts the moment, you both scramble off from each other, cheeks heavily flushed as your coach and your family barge their way in to congratulate you.
while you're being brought into hugs, your arms stuffed full with flowers, in a room full of people whom you love and cherish the most, your heart soars wildly like birds migrating home.
â
sana isn't sana if she doesn't replay your games for hours on end, laughing and teasing every second.
âlook at you,â she teases later that night, sprawled across your hotel bed while replaying the clip for the hundredth time. âworld champion acting like i just came to your little middle school soccer game.â
you bury your face into her shoulder immediately, nipping at her skin. a sound very much like a hiss was heard until it turns into cackles.
âyou surprised me, is all." kissing the spot you bit to soothe as a silent apology.
âi surprise you at almost every tournament, even when you know i'm coming.â
âyeah, and i get excited every time. thank you for coming, my lucky charm.â
so when rumors sprung about a so-called 'monster' lurking in the woods, you were of course interested. the woods of your small town had always been a mystery to little you. as a kid you were warned to never even near the tree line - but of course, the kids in your town would always play games near it, and dare each other to peek inside or see how long a sniveling kid could last standing just five centimeters within it.
as you grew, however, you felt more and more compelled toward the forest. you felt almost drawn to it, wanting to know it's secrets and what hid behind the thick foliage.
and so, here you were.
chest rising and falling slowly as you stood outside of the treeline, staring into it's intimidating branches and vines. this was stupid, you knew that, but you'd spent all of your formative years cowering under it's presence and now - as an adult - you had to see what it all was. and if anything happened to you then so be it, at least you died trying to see something cool.
probably.
"alright, lets go." minutes of hyping yourself up wasted by, until finally, you shook your head and bravely took a step forward. the foliage clung to you sweetly as you began to walk in deeper, the light of your town fading as the overall darkness of the forest took hold of you. slowly but surely you made your way in deeper, until you could no longer see the clearing. the forest seemed to swoon to you, matching it's breathing with yours.
it felt alive in the best way possible.
you walked blindly, staring at the ground until your foot bumped something.
a step.
looking up, you gawked. "holy shit..."
an entire mansion stood before you. not the modernized ones you were used to seeing in high expense neighborhoods, but an older one. almost victorian, made of deep red and black. despite being so old, it looked so pristine. the veins that did curl around it shifted in a way that was, for lack of better terms, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. you felt... at ease.
swallowing and steeling yourself, your feet led you up the stairs and to the door. you couldn't see any light coming, but still your hand grabbed the old knocker, giving three short thumps.
silence drifted in the forest like a bated breath.
waiting.
but nothing came. despite yourself, you reached, opening the door. it preened into your touch, warming under your palm. the door didn't stick, didn't even creak as you opened it. from the corner of your eye, red and quick. you froze, squinting, but it was gone.
"hello?" your voice was gentle, soft.
you didn't expect a reply.
huffing, wind fluttered in behind you, as if urging you inside. blindly you stumbled, the door shutting tight. darkness swallowed briefly, before light illuminated in a room a few steps away. you shivered, feeling suddenly cold and naturally desperate to escape to the warmth of light. rounding the corner, you still at the sight of a fire place, warm with fire. not only that - but a woman.
she sits, rather elegantly, one hand holding a smooth glass, the other resting on her thigh. her exposed thigh, peaking from a black sheer robe. her eyes are playful, already on you when you enter. "I wasn't expecting company.."
your cheeks flush immediately. her voice is lower than you expected and curls around you nicely. "i-i.. I'm sorry, I didn't realize anyone lived-" you squint, because what can you really say? the forest was unknown practically. inhabitant wise.
she smiles playfully, swirling around deep crimson liquid in her class. "relax, dear, it's quite alright. why don't you sit down? your poor feet must be so tired."
you swallowed, nodding despite yourself. initially, you try to move to the opposing couch, but just as you reach it - a slick gray cat jumps up, claiming the spot as it's own. the mysterious woman chuckles, leaning on her hand. "apologies, dear. he likes his space. come, sit next to me."
you swallow, turning, and she pats the spot for good measure as if you were too dumb to see it.
padding over, you hesitantly sink into the plush furniture, a few inches of space between the two of you. her eyes practically glint, as she shifts to face you more. "aren't you adorable..." her eyes slip down your form, and back up. "what's your name, little one?"
inside your chest, your heart pounds rapidly. "...y/n."
you confess it like a sin, and she gratefully drinks it up, humming it it's taste. "beautiful. you can call me jihyo."
"jihyo," you test the name softly - and her smile widens. "that's..i've never heard a name like that."
"oh, i'm not from around here."
you hum, glancing away and around the manor. strangely enough, you don't feel uncomfortable. infact, it feels like the house wants you here. or maybe - jihyo does.
her hand shifts - setting down her drink as her leg brushes yours. she leans her arm against the couch, turning to you fully - her hand pushing into her hair in a way that makes her look entirely alluring. "tell me, little one, why are you all the way out here all alone?"
your body heats under her gaze. "i- um.. I just wanted to see what was in the forest.."
"mm," her free hand comes up, softly tucking some of your hair behind your ear. "is that so? you entered my forest expecting what, little baby rabbits maybe?" she teased you easily, eyes glaring into your neck.
you shivered. "n-no just.."
"such a sweet thing.." jihyo brushed closer, her pointer running down your pulse point. "gods... you smell so divine.."
your eyes shut, body shivering. jihyo takes this chance to move closer, slowly pressing you back against the couch as she sniffs at your neck, something akin to a rumble in her throat. you whimper. "w-what are you doing-"
"shhh," comes her swift response. "you're the one who came into my home uninvited, sweet thing, I'm only taking what I'm owed..."
your heart beats out of your chest as her breath fans over your neck, eyes squeezing shut at the feeling of something sharp dragging along the column until - "ah!"
jihyo's lips are against your neck - but more than that, two prominent teeth have dug into your skin. your hands flinch, weakly gripping onto her sheer robe and slightly tugging it down her right shoulder on accident. she purrs against you, free arm looping around your back and dragging you up against her - as the feeling of something lightweight takes over. briefly do you feel at peace - before you fall back, now against the silk duvets of a bed.
jihyo kneels, looking down at you with a sort of satisfied smirk on her face - and from her lips leaks drips of your blood. you whimper, reaching up to your neck, and indeed you feel your fingers dip into something wet. "y-you- what- what are you?"
the older woman above you hums, reaching to the tie at her stomach and slowly tugging it apart, dragging the robe down her body. your eyes fall naturally. "what do you mean, sweet girl?" she coos. "I'm everything you need..."
her eyes shine a bit - a red hue on them.
you feel compelled to listen - a low whine bubbling from your throat. jihyo coo's, tossing her robe aside and pressing her body down against yours, lips finding your own easily. your hands trembled, grasping her hips as a grunt escapes you from the metallic taste on your tongue. her fangs nip your lips, hand escaping down to your pants and pushing past them, teasing you through your panties.
your hips buck almost instantly, a whine escaping. you cant - even for a second - believe this is actually happening right now. a smile creeps onto jihyo's lips, and she breaks the kiss.
"its your first, sweet girl?"
an embarrassed hue rises on your cheeks, and shyly you look away, nodding.
jihyo smirks, hands inching down your pants and panties until she's tossed them aside. then she kisses down your body, positioning between your thighs. tiny bites here and there finally lead her to your core - tongue slipping out to lap up and down your cunt slowly, tasting each and every bit of you as you whimper and squirm, hiding your face.
"m-miss jihyo-!"
"mm, I like that," comes her warm purr. her lips wrap around your clit, tiny sucking ministrations making you shiver and whine loudly. your body bucks against your better judgement, pushing you further into her mouth. Jihyo purrs, easing down until her tongue teased your entrance, circling slowly before easing in.
you whimpered, shifting at the new sensation. weak little moans tumbled free, your hand inching to grasp her hair. jihyo hummed, threading her tongue in and out of you. a warm heat began to bubble, curing up your body until it swirled in your stomach and grew tighter. your moans were shorter, weaker, body squirming.
jihyo hummed, stroking your thigh as she shifting her tongue out, lapping at your folds and circling your overly sensitive clit until you broke, a mess of whimpers that you failed to bury into the pillow at your head.
greedily, she drank up every drop, pulling away and licking her lips clean.
slowly, she advanced up your body, low rumbles leaving her chest as she curled against you like a big cat, petting your head. "adorable little thing," she cooed.
you whimpered, eyes slipping shut.
the last thing you heard before sleep took over being her soft chuckle, and one single sentence.
a/n: new fic :) i chose this ship based on the poll results and i do think it was the perfect choice. i hope you all enjoy <3

tzuyu almost swipes left.
not because nayeon isnât pretty. no, in fact sheâs stupidly pretty.
nayeon is the kind of pretty that makes you melt, tzuyu thinks.
she has a few mirror selfies which tzuyu finds herself looking at for a long time.
one candid blurry laughing photo with lipstick stains on her wine glass.
and one photo where sheâs lying on a couch looking directly into the camera like she knows what sheâs doing.
her bio says: youâll get attached first.
tzuyu scoffs and rolls her eyes, almost exiting the app.
but the more she looks at nayeonâs profile, the more she is intrigued to swipe right.
so she does.
and itâs an instant match.
her phone buzzes a second before she goes to lock it.
the notification lights up across the top of her screen.
nayeon:
you hesitated before matching me, didnât you?
tzuyu blinks.
she tries to think of a quick response.
tzuyu:
you wish. you say that to everyone?
nayeon:
mmm no, iâm pretty sure you looked at my pictures twice first
tzuyu wonât admit that sheâs right.
she thinks she shouldnât respond.
but she does anyway.
the flirting starts almost immediately.
itâs aggressive and relentless.
and it excites both of them.
nayeon messages like sheâs trying to crawl under tzuyuâs skin. and somehow it works.
they still havenât kissed, havenât touched. but it already feels intimate.
especially late at night when the conversations get slower, more dangerous.
nayeon:
what are you doing?
tzuyu:
trying to sleep.
nayeon:
you answered in seconds
tzuyu:
maybe iâm bored.
nayeon:
i can help with that
and somehow it becomes a habit.
weeks of messages, sweet yet sexual.
weeks of nayeon pushing and weeks of tzuyu pretending she isnât affected.
except she definitely is.
and nayeon thinks itâs adorable, really, because tzuyu couldnât be anymore obvious.
when nayeon sends voice notes late at night, in her slow sleepy voice saying little things that sound way too intimate through headphones.
and tzuyu tries to act like sheâs not hanging on to every word nayeon is saying.
âyou know what i think?â nayeon murmurs one night, âi think you act cold because you like being chased.â
tzuyu reads the transcript twice before replying.
tzuyu:
or maybe i just think you talk too much.
nayeon sends back a laughing audio immediately, âyeah, but you keep listening.â
and thatâs the problem.
tzuyu keeps listening, and she smiles every time she hears nayeonâs laugh.
she swears sometimes nayeon whispers directly into the mic just to ruin her.
she keeps checking her phone, rereading messages she wants to pretend donât affect her.
she keeps imagining what nayeon sounds like when sheâs not speaking through a phone speaker. sheâs more than sure her voice is more attractive in person.
and she thinks nayeon makes it worse on purpose.
weeks pass like that, constant teasing and tension.
they still havenât met because nayeon keeps saying things like âi think itâs hotter if we wait.â
and the voice she says it in, she swears nayeon knows that voice turns her on.
so tzuyu stupidly agrees every single time.
the texts continue. the teasing continues. the sexual tension continues.
nayeon:
i bet you blush easily, when you imagine the things i tell you i want to do to you
tzuyu:
i bet you talk like this with everyone.
she doesnât want to act like it affects her. but it definitely does when nayeonâs next text comes through.
not like this.
that one sits in her chest for hours.
then there are the selfies. they start as nothing explicit.
sometimes theyâre as simple as morning selfies, nayeon in bed with her beautiful messy hair.
and her plump morning lips that tzuyu has spent hours dreaming about kissing.
other times theyâre a little teasing, like her biting her straw while staring into the camera.
or her in an oversized shirt, slipping off one shoulder like she knows exactly what sheâs doing.
tzuyu thinks she definitely knows.
she finally says it one night.
tzuyu:
you like teasing people too much.
sheâs learned to become a little bold the more sheâs talked to nayeon.
the response comes quickly.
nayeon:
you like being teased too much
tzuyu almost drops her phone.
tzuyu:
dangerous assumption.
but the second nayeon replies, she does drop her phone.
because she never expected an explicit picture to come with the text.
a picture of nayeon laying in bed. except this time she doesnât have a shirt on.
this time, sheâs naked. at least on the top half, and tzuyuâs mouth is watering.
nayeon:
come over friday and tell me iâm wrong to my face then
a second passed, then another message.
nayeon:
unless youâre scared
tzuyu:
not scared.
nayeon:
no, i think i know exactly how youâre feeling right now
tzuyu:
and how is that?
nayeon:
turned on
tzuyu takes a minute to respond, because she canât deny it.
so she asks for nayeonâs address.
tzuyu:
beyond belief. and i will come over.
tzuyu shows up friday at 7:00 wearing casual jeans and a plain black tee.
and when nayeon opens the door wearing sleep shorts and a tiny tank top, tzuyu almost forgets how to speak.
nayeon notices, of course she does.
she smiles slowly, satisfied. she looks tzuyu up and down slowly.
âyouâre even hotter in person.â
tzuyu feels heat crawl up her neck instantly, and nayeonâs smile turns sharp.
âthere it is.â
âwhat?â
âthe blushing.â
âiâm not blushing.â
âmhmm.â
she steps aside to let tzuyu in and their shoulders brush. it feels electric, intentional.
everything nayeon does feels intentional.
itâs a tiny touch and completely unnecessary.
tzuyu feels it for the next ten minutes anyway.
and everything after that feels unbearable.
nayeon sits too close on the couch, her thigh pressed warm against tzuyuâs.
her perfume is warm and distracting, almost inviting.
tzuyu stops hearing half the movie because nayeon keeps leaning in to talk near her ear.
and tzuyu realizes she is right in her assumption that nayeonâs voice is even more attractive in person.
especially in her ear.
âyouâre quiet,â nayeon says when she pulls back.
âiâm thinking.â
âabout?â
tzuyu glances at her mouth, accidentally.
nayeon catches it immediately.
her lips twitch, âoh,â she says softly, âthat.â
a/n: this is for all my nayeon unnie kink truthers. not sure if i will do a part 2 yet but i may do or if anyone wants a part 2 just lmk <3
i also wanted to make this longer since itâs been a while since iâve posted much so i hope you all enjoy :)
nayeon thinks itâs manageable at first. a little pathetic, yes. but manageable.
she doesnât know when it stopped being manageable and started becoming something else, something heavier.
something that sits low in her stomach every time mina looks at her too long.
because now itâs not just the word, itâs also the way mina says it. soft and slow, like sheâs savoring it.
âunnie.â
and nayeon feels it everywhere, like a warm pulse under her skin and a tight feeling in her chest.
something embarrassingly close to want curling inside her stomach.
because surely mina saying unnie a few times shouldnât affect her this much.
except mina starts noticing.
like how nayeon immediately looks at her every single time, and how her voice changes.
mina notices how nayeon suddenly gets softer and quieter. and mina is observant by nature, so of course she figures it out.
it makes nayeon feel weak, and maybe thatâs the embarrassing part. because sheâs always been loud and confident, hard to crack.
but mina says one word in that quiet voice and suddenly nayeon canât think straight.
the first time nayeon realizes mina knows is during practice, when she was complaining about something half whining to get attention.
and mina looks at her, ever so calmly and says it.
âunnie, youâre being cute again.â
and nayeon stops mid sentence. everyone else keeps talking and moving.
but nayeon only hears it. unnie.
itâs cute, from mina.
and the part that makes nayeon melt? the look on minaâs face after.
her small smile, barely there but knowing, so knowing.
and itâs hard for nayeon to keep her composure, especially when mina gets close.
because mina has started doing that a lot lately, nayeon thinks itâs on purpose too.
when mina leans in beside her when she talks, letting her hand rest briefly on nayeonâs waist and brushing their knees together.
she thinks mina starts using it intentionally.
never too much and never enough for anyone else to notice. but just enough to affect nayeon every single time.
âgood job, unnie.â
âcome sit with me, unnie.â
âyou listened so well, unnie.â
mina seems always in control, always calm.
but nayeon feels like sheâs slowly losing her mind, because itâs soft praise wrapped around that one word.
and nayeon starts feeling trained by it. which is insane.
actually insane.
but she canât help it because mina says unnie and suddenly nayeon wants to do whatever she asks.
she wants minaâs attention again, wants that soft look again.
she wants to hear it one more time, so she savors it over and over.
mina definitely notices that too, because she starts leaning closer when she says it and her voice drops. quieter than usual, like itâs something private between the both of them.
when she says it right beside nayeonâs ear, gentle and warm. nayeon feels her entire body freeze.
thereâs one moment after practice when it really hits her, when theyâre alone in the dressing room.
itâs so quiet except the sound of nayeon fixing her bag, nervously.
mina is watching her again with that steady unreadable gaze, âyouâre fidgety today, unnie.â
itâs low and gentle and nayeon almost drops the bag.
because god, that tone. the way she says it like it means something intimate now.
like sheâs touching nayeon with it, and nayeon can physically feel the heat rush through her body every single time.
nayeon hums in response as mina smirks and walks out the dressing room like she didnât just make nayeon melt.
nayeon has to take a moment to compose herself before following mina out to the car.
they get back to their apartment and agree to watch a movie together.
but nayeon is finding it extremely hard to focus, because she is too aware of mina sitting extremely close to her on the couch.
their knees are touching lightly and mina is scrolling through her phone like nothingâs wrong.
like she isnât destroying nayeon accidentally, or maybe not accidentally.
because nayeon says something whiny about her not paying attention to the movie and mina just hums softly.
she puts her phone down, then looks at her. directly.
âyou really like when i call you unnie, huh?â
nayeonâs entire face burns instantly, âwhat are you talking about?â
she doesnât mean to stutter, and she knows itâs unconvincing.
mina only smiles, âyour reactions are cute.â
nayeon feels her heartbeat go uneven and her thoughts blur embarrassingly fast.
all from minaâs voice.
itâs humiliating, especially because mina knows now.
has probably known since this all started.
and nayeon can tell she knows.
because the way her eyes linger after she says it and the tiny smile she tries to hide? she likes seeing what it does to nayeon, and that realization only makes it worse.
because nayeon craves it.
she wants mina to corner her with that soft voice and that stupid pretty smile and say it again.
and nayeon thinks she could actually die right there, because mina always says it so casually.
then mina tilts her head slightly, still watching her carefully, âshould i stop, unnie?â
nayeon hates how immediate her answer is, âno.â
mina leans in, close enough for nayeon to feel her breath.
nayeon feels this sharp dizzy rush straight through her body, because all she can focus on is mina.
mina looking at her, knowing exactly how affected she is.
thereâs a dangerous thrill in it, being seen that clearly and being unraveled so easily by someone so quiet.
mina never pushes too hard and maybe thatâs what really destroys nayeon.
sheâs patient and gentle about it.
she lets nayeon sit there flushed and breathless while pretending sheâs unaffected.
then softly says, âyouâre reacting again, unnie.â
and nayeon swears her entire body is on fire.
because the way mina says it so sweetly, like sheâs enjoying watching nayeon fall apart pieces by piece.
and the absolute worst part is how badly nayeon wants her to keep going.
nayeon turns to her, desperate look in her eyes.
she canât help the way her eyes drop to minaâs lips.
mina smiles that signature soft smile, and nayeon canât help the little noise at the back of her throat.
âyou know what i think?â mina asks, her voice low.
nayeon looks back up at her and shakes her head.
âi think, you like being unraveled like this. donât you, unnie?â all nayeon can do is nod.
âand you want me to kiss you.â
nayeonâs mouth opens slightly, she wants to say something but words fail her.
mina giggles. nayeon thinks sheâs smug, but god she canât deny mina is so right.
âdo you want me to kiss you, nayeon unnie?â
nayeon whimpers as she nods, feeling weak but wanting nothing more than to be weak for mina.
mina grabs her by the side of her neck and pulls her in.
nayeon is immediately melting into mina, letting the younger take the lead.
mina brings her hands down to nayeonâs hips and grabs at her to pull her onto her lap.
nayeon lets out a gasp once she settles into her lap.
mina takes that as a chance to deepen the kiss, and if she wasnât already turned on enough, nayeon makes it worse by how compliant she is.
mina revels in it.
she pulls away and kisses down nayeonâs neck, âhow are you feeling, unnie?â
nayeonâs response is immediate, âlike i want you.â
mina smiles against her neck and leans back, grabbing nayeonâs chin to make her look into her eyes.
âand how are you feeling in your body?â she moves her hand to her hip, rubbing circles.
nayeonâs cheeks are bright red.
and she knows mina is being patient, waiting for an answer, which somehow turns her on more.
âiâm,â she pauses, trying to catch her breathe. the way mina is looking at her definitely isnât helping.
âare you nervous?â mina asks, her voice low with a tone that tells nayeon she knows sheâs nervous.
but nayeon wants to come undone for her, so she nods, âyes.â
âi know but youâre doing so good, unnie.â
nayeon canât help the moan that leaves her mouth.
minaâs grip on her hip tightens a little as a reaction.
she composes herself within seconds, because right now is about her unnie.
âi think i have a fairly good idea of how your body is feeling right now,â she leans into nayeonâs ear.
âyouâre wet for me, arenât you unnie?â
nayeon grinds down at that, âyes.â
mina hums, satisfied with her answer. but she pushes a little.
âand why is that?â
nayeon groans a little, feeling embarrassed and mina immediately picks it up in her body language.
âyou donât need to be embarrassed, nayeon.â
nayeon nods, âi know.â
âtake your time.â
so nayeon takes her time, while mina is making matters worse by moving her hands all over her body.
itâs when minaâs hands stop at her ass that she falls apart.
âbecause you keep calling me unnie.â
âand that makes you wet?â
nayeon gasps a little, the embarrassment creeping in again. she nods.
âi know,â mina smirks, âand i love the affect i have had on you these past few weeks.â
nayeon shoves her shoulder a little and mina giggles.
âyouâre telling me you donât?â mina asks as she moves her hand to right above the waist of nayeonâs shorts.
nayeon shakes her head, ânot at all, i love it so much.â
minaâs eyes sparkle and nayeon can tell an idea just came into her head.
âdo you want to move this to my room, unnie?â
and all nayeon can do is nod as mina picks her up and carries her into her room.

synopsis: your biggest fear comes true: being stuck in an elevator. so as you agonizingly wait for help to arrive, with minutes feeling like hours, the door finally opens, revealing a super hot woman firefighter.
tw: fear of elevators, slight panic attack, mention of claustrophobia
a/n: guys, i was literally blushing and giggling the whole time i wrote this...LIKE HELLO??? YES FIREFIGHTER SANA PLS COME SAVE ME!!! ahem, anyway...wonderful request anon!! im allergic to proofreading...
wc: 3.2k
you have always been afraid of elevators ever since you were little. not because of how it gets claustrophobic quickly with the swarm of people getting into it at once, nor the fear of how high the small compartment can take you, but rather, it breaking down with you being trapped in it.
it's been an irrational fear of yours, one that you don't feel too proud of sharing. especially since you'll have to take the stairs most of the time at your office, which sucks since it'll mean you'll have to walk up and down numerous flights of stairs just to get documents passed.
so, the concrete steps of all buildings you've ever been to have been your best friend for years, until today.
a headache has already been forming since the afternoon after lunch, when your floor manager wanted you to fix an urgent matter on a document by tomorrow. and as you look over the spreadsheet, the matter at hand was much worse than you initially had thought, forcing you to work overtime to fix the damn error.
you hear shuffling next to you, peering over to see your coworker packing up her bag, organizing the pile of freshly printed papers and stashing them away in her cabinet.
"hey, you up for a friday drink with momo and i tonight? i heard a new bar opened up in gangnam. my treat!"
you turn your head over to her, face already sulking because not only do you have to stay and get the mistake fixed, but you're also missing out on free drinks!
"sorry, jeongie, i have to stay behind tonight to finish this up. mina wants it done by tomorrow at 10am sharp. could you like, tell your girlfriend to be more lenient on her fellow workmate, whoâs also her good friend? put in a good word for me, will you?"
jeongyeon reciprocates your pout, giving you words of encouragement before she pats you on your back,
"sorry, man, no can do! i'm afraid i'd be sleeping on the couch if that happens. good luck, though! let's do it next weekend, i'll force momo to pay!" she cackles evilly as she heads out, bidding you a goodbye before calling up momo.
you sigh begrudgingly as you continue typing away on your computer, eyes straining from how long you've been staring at the goddamn screen.
a few hours later, you finally forward mina the finished document, restraining yourself from cursing her out in the email (she wouldn't mind anyway. you're her best worker, yet. don't tell jeongyeon this).
cleaning up your workplace, you head out to the end of the hallway, towards the door leading to the staircase, heels echoing with every step. as you got closer, you were able to make out the words on the piece of paper âthat was poorly tapedâslapped on the door:
[Keycard access is unavailable for all doors leading to the stairs. Maintenance is working on it. Doors are locked. Please use the elevator for the time being.]
are we fucking serious right now?
out of all the days it chose to be broken, it chose the day you were working overtime, with barely a ghost in the building.
deciding whether to call security to escort you down or not, a person walks toward the elevator, pressing the down button. you see the radiance of hope flash before your eyes, nearly sprinting to catch up with the person going into the lift.
as you get in, you let out a sigh, greeting the stranger quickly before turning to press the button to the ground floor. you shakily lean back against the railing, eyes darting around before you realize the person is not going to the first floor with you, but rather to the sixth floor...meaning you'll be left in the elevator, alone, for five floors.
you were torn about whether to ask the person to go down with you, but before you could say anything, the elevator dinged, the doors opened, and the person had already gotten out, disappearing as they turned the corner.
oh my god. phew, it's okay. it's only five floors. it'll only take like ten seconds max, no need to worry.
the elevator door closes again, the rumbling sound accompanies the ringing in your ears, so much louder than it was before.
until the light slowly dims, and the lift lets out a sound that no elevator should makeâwrong, unfamiliar, broken, unsettling. then, everything stopped.
no, no, no, this cannot be happening!
you quickly jab your fingers to the 'open door' button, but nothing happens, swiftly moving to the emergency button. you hit it repeatedly until the ring light around the 'SOS' button lights up, a voice coming through the intercom.
"hello?"
"yes, yesâ hello? can you hear me?" your voice wavers as you answer, anxiety seeping through.
"yes, i can hear you. is everything alright on your end?"
"noâ, i-i the elevator is down...and i'm stuck."
"alright, we'll have the firefighter department over immediately. please just staây in oâne spoâ"
the line started to become static between sentences until it cut off completely, making you panic even further upon the silence overtaking the suffocating air.
"h-hello? are you still there?"
silence.
you pressed the emergency button again, fingers going numb.
"hello? can anyone hear me?"
silence again.
you let out an unsteady breath, slowly sitting down on the floor with your back against the cold metal wall, knees drawn up to your chest. you suddenly remembered about your phone, pulling it out only to almost let out a sob as you see the red battery icon in the corner: 1%.
just your luck.
you swallow hard, throat dry. closing your eyes, you hug your legs tighter against your chest, trying to slow down your breathing. but it doesn't get any better because your thoughts keep pulling that irrational and stubborn fear, plaguing your mind: stuck in an elevator. trapped and alone. cables will snap. lift is going to shake. it'll plunge down, and the metals will crush andâ
your chest tightens slowly, insidiously even. each inhale feels shallower than the last, as if the air itself is thinning.
"no..." you murmur to yourself, shaking your head, "no, no, no, don't panic. not right now."
but panic doesn't ask for permission; it surges selfishly, making your hands tremble as your palms press against your thighs, trying to ground yourself.
you check your wristwatch constantly, barely seeing how much time has passed with the dim lights flickering now and then. it has been twenty minutes, feeling almost like twenty hours instead.
you need to get out now. you tilt your head back against the wall, forcing yourself to inhale deeplyâbut the air feels wrong, too warm, too stale. your chest rises and falls too fast, your heartbeat pounding loudly in your ears.
you try to think of rainbows and sunshines, anything to stop yourself from going into a full-blown panic attack: your cat waiting in your apartment by the door, your mother's home-cooked meals steaming whenever you visit home, even recalculating the errors you saw in the spreadsheet from earlier.
and then, a creaking sound. faint at firstâmetallicâthen nearer, causing you to freeze up.
you hear muffled voices from the other side, hope sparking so suddenly it almost hurts.
"h-hello?" you call out, voice scratchy and small. you try again, louder and clearer this time, "hello! i'm in here!"
thenâ
"hey! we hear you! just hang on tight, alright?" the voice was slightly suppressed by the metal doors, but it was light and airyâgentle, a woman.
something in your chest loosens instantly, the knot of anxiety finally unraveling.
"pleaseâplease, hurry..." your voice trembles despite your attempt at steadiness.
"we got you," the voice calls back, steady and reassuring, "we're working on it right now, okay? you'll be out in no time."
the door barely slid open, slim fingers gripping it tightly as it pushed harder. a strained grunt was released on the other side, creaking the doors open inch by inch.
"hey park, i got it from here! could you go make sure the power crew got it going, please?" a rushed 'got it' was heard before booted footsteps cladded away.
another groan was heard, the doors opening wider as the hallway's lights shine through. a sharp scrape of the firefighter's boots sounded, making you wince from the screech. you notice that the elevator hovered halfway between floors, the doors misaligned with the entrance, leaving a jagged gap you would have to squeeze through.
"alright, almost there...you still with me?" there was a light tremor in her exhale as she finally forced the metal pieces to open completely, light slashing into the elevatorâs floor, revealing the woman's silhouette framed like a hero stepping into the scene.
"yes..." for a moment, your brain doesn't process it.
all you can see is contrast.
dark uniform, with bright reflective stripes. a helmet and gloves were thrown on the ground. the woman's face is slightly flushed from exertion as she peers up at youâeyes warm, focused, concerned, and beautiful. her hair is in a messy low ponytail with a few strands clinging to her sweaty neck.
"hey, let's get you out of there. is it alright if i catch you jumping down? it is quite a high drop, and you're in heels." her voice is different from up close, soft enough to soothe yet firm enough to ground.
and something about thatâabout the way she keeps giving you control, even when you feel like you have noneâmakes your chest tighten.
you nod, taking a deep breath as she reaches out her arms for you.
"ready? watch your head." she murmurs.
anchoring yourself behind with your hand, you slide out of the opening, plopping right into the firefighter's arm with a soft gasp. one of her arms is secured tightly around your back, the other lodges beneath your knees, the rustle of her uniform gliding gently on your clothes. you can feel her muscles tensing against your body, getting them to work again as she takes a sharp inhale.
she carries you out effortlessly, as if you weighed nothing, letting out a soft grunt as she bends her knees to let you down.
another surprised gasp escapes your mouth as your feet touch the ground, your hands instinctively clutching tighter at the front of her uniform.
"you're shaking." her voice was steady, laced with concern right near your ear.
before you could say anything, your breath begins to pick up quickly and shallowly again, vision closing in as it slowly gets darker.
"heyâmiss! stay with me now!" she suddenly engulfs you in a hug, bringing you down with her as your legs gave out. a hand of hers strokes your head slowlyâher touch is firm but gentle, secure without being overwhelmingâwhile she whispers calmly, telling you to take deep breaths with her.
"easy...there you go. can we do that again? in...slow...and out...slow...good job!"
your chest began to follow her rhythm. each whisper was deliberate, each pause intentional, directions that didnât feel like an orderâit felt like care. the tremble in your body began to fade, your breath deepening into something steadier, safer.
as you open your eyes slowly, your gaze meets up with hers, eye-to-eye, nose barely touching each other's. you pull back abruptly, hands on her chest to push her away, almost falling backwards if it weren't for her hand on your back, steadying you.
"wow, there now. i don't want you to get a concussion, too." she teases. you feel your face burning up, chest heaving as your grip on her uniform loosens.
she gets up, a hand stretching out towards you, open and patient. you pull a hand out, her fingers brushing yours before curling around your palmâgrip steady, grounding, reassuring, and strong.
"thank you...for getting me," your voice cracks on the last word. to embarrass yourself even further, your legs wobble again, causing her hand to once again make it to your back in time, pushing you flush against her.
her gaze meets yours, even closer this time. the softness in her eyes. the faint flush still dusting her cheeks. the way her expression has shifted from professional to something just a little more personal. how unfair of her to look so stunning.
"you're welcome! thank you for letting me rescue...it's not every day that i save someone as ridiculously pretty as you." she says it sincerely, like a cool fire lusting for your rain, with a hint of playfulness.
you blush immensely, clearing your throat softly as you glance away for just a second before looking back at her.
"flirty muchâŠi bet you say that to every person you save, no?" you soon realize the position you're in, arms tucked between the two of you, a hand of the woman on your back while her other one is in her pocket.
"hm, no, never. i've never flirted with anybody else besides you." her smirk is sly, confidence blowing like a fiery pit.
two can play this game!
"bold of you to assume i'm single, hm?"
instantly, she backs away, flustered, eyes going wide before putting both of her hands in the air. they clap together, her upper body bowing in a ninety degree angle.
"i'mâi'm incredibly sorry! i didn't mean to..." you bubbled out a laugh, light and mischievous, a bit guilty. her confused face makes you laugh harder.
"you're so cute. i'm sorry i didn't mean to joke like that. i'm as single as i can be, my knight in shining armor...or shall i say, firefighter in neon armor...?" the woman flushes brighter in crimson red, fingers comically waving around trying to understand the situation at hand.
"youâyou're such a tease! i was worried for a second that i was being a home-wrecker!"
you chuckle, a finger coming up to wipe away a stray tear. how cute.
"soâŠwhat are you planning to do now that you know i'm single, ms. firefighter?"
the woman briefly looks away, a hand coming up to the back of neck, looking sheepishly adorable. her mouth was in a massive pout as she says her next words,
"could i get your number, please?"
"hm? what was that? sorry, my ears are still ringing from earlier. come again, please?" you teasingly turn your ear towards her, coming closer, eyelashes fluttering. before you could look back at her, you let out a shriek, your back was suddenly against the wall with both of her arms beside your head.
"stop teasing me, miss," she said suddenly, voice low and firm with a slight growl. your heart skipped a beat as her gaze bore into yours, intense.
her fingers brushed a stray lock of your hair behind your ear, lingering just a moment too long. "i...i canât handle you teasing me like that,â she murmured, voice softer now, almost breathless. âso how aboutâŠwe make this simpler? your number, please?" your teasing grin faltered slightly under her gaze as you nodded, mesmerized by the chocolate swirls of her eyes.
she pats around her pant pockets, cheeks tinged pink as she searches for her phone.
"here..." handing you her phone, she shifts around nervously, hand coming up to her hair tie to pull it out, letting her brown silky locks cascade down her shouldersâthe faint smell of her shampoo wafts through. she bites the hair tie in between her teeth before pulling her hair into a bun, twirling it then tying it after with practiced easeâcasual, yet captivating.
your fingers shake as you put in your number and name, adding a bracketed phrase next to the contact: (someone you wonât forget).
you hand back her phone, in which she took with glee, eyes scanning at your contact name. she whispers your name to herself, testing it, having it linger against her tongue like smoke in the air. she tells you her name as well, "i'm sana!" her slight squishy cheeks dusting even further as you whisper it in red breaths. what a sweet-sounding and cute name. just like her.
you smiled widely, giving her an okay sign before you realized that your own phone was nowhere to be seen.
"i think my bag is still in the elevator..."
"oh! let me get that for you, then!"
she turns around in an instant, going over to the lift to find your stuff. the back of her uniform had her last name on it, neon lettering spelling out 'minatozaki,' the department name right on top.
tiptoeing with the help of a jump, she reaches in, hand coming out, clutching your bag.
her smile was big and warm as she handed it back to you, giddy in ways that make your heart flip.
"thank you..."
"yeah, anytime!" she nods, crouching down to pick up her gloves and helmet from the ground.
you let out a long sigh, the weight of the day finally landing heavily on your shoulders.
"are you feeling alright?" her voice was a soft current, carrying a weight of worry that made your chest feel like flowers were blooming right inside it, "if not, i can fetch a taxi for you. i would take you home, but i'm on duty until tomorrow morning..." her hand comes up to your shoulder, rubbing smooth circles, easing the tension almost immediately.
"i'm alright, just super drained. i'll be okay on my way back home..." your lips curl slightly afterwards turning into a teasing smile, "we haven't even gone on a date yet, and you already want to know where i live?"
"whatâ?! y-you know that's not what i meant...!" she whines, stomping her boots.
"i know. you're just so easy to tease, sana."
"hmph!" her lips form a thin line before turning into a cute frown. she opens her mouth to get ready to say something else, before she was cut off by her walkie-talkie clipped on her breast pocket.
"minatozaki, you got the person out? over."
"yes, hyo. could you notify the crew to turn off the power? keycard access for stairs are out. we can start heading back to the station after that. over."
"copy."
you eye her with admiration, mouth slightly agape at such professionalism and confidence she exudes when in her element. oh my.
sana slips the device back in its place, pocketing her gloves and shoving the helmet under her arm. the lights go out right after, causing the emergency ones to stay on. as you both make your way towards the stairs, you can't help but stare at sana.
"you're hot." you air out, causing her to burst out laughingâfull of mirth as her eyes crinkleâthe sound spilling over contagiously and impossible to ignore.
"oh, please, pretty girl. let's not get too ahead of ourselves, now,â she glances over, lips in a cunning smirk, âyour legs were a bit shaky earlier, do you want a piggyback ride downstairs? you'll be able to cling onto me even closer than before.â
"you wish!"
her giggles echo through the stairwell, dancing off the walls as she intertwines both of your hands together.
maybe getting stuck wasn't the worst thing that could have happened after all.
