Gentle knee bend (5 min aprox)
Gentle exercise to help relax you before sleep.
Lying on your back and with your spine as straight as possible, gently lift your legs bent at a 90º degree angle and slowly bring them towards your chest and out. Inhale as you bring your legs in and exhale as you push them out. Repeat this motion 10 times as slowly as possible.
