Sorry, been a while; was very ill.

‘Ready, Steady, Go’ (Graz, Austria). The red strip measures at 750 metres and covers the road and pavements, with grey lines dividing it into lanes. It attracts attention to the changes in the quarter and will make people stop and absorb the newly created atmosphere.

Happy New Rowing Machine to you all

I did not set a marker for the new year; no party, no fireworks and no champaign. Maybe just lazy and drifting into a bad tempo in life, yet have made some huge changes in my life now. One year without a cigarette! Yeah I proud, yet it seems everything has it´s consequence and I have seriously gone up in weight. This has brought me down so much that there was only one thing to do...

I bought a rowing machine at great cost and I am spending many hours looking at it in my bedroom... it is the first I see each morning and the last at night, a reminder of money spent and sits in wait for me! Shinny, new and intimidating. I am a realist, I am not going to loose weight just looking at it! Yet as a symbolic sculpture of this very new turn in my life it still is and so I do feel healthier just looking at it!

Although heavily re-touched and saturated with buckets of color, do you not feel that special warmth inside ^^

It would seem that the Maple tree will always remain the shining star each Autumn. I live in Sweden now and find that tree missing in the forests. I miss the Beach from England too. Yet they have the Silver Birch in abundance and its golden yellow leaves are a constant joy to see and hear. Yes, trees have always played a very important role in my life and if there not there I will soon miss them.
