Trade Marketing Head - Mindfield Resources
Description The incumbent will be responsible for leading and developing successful trade activation of new and existing brands & campaigns across all channels, outlets and shopper formats. Manages trade marketing and brand budget. Optimizes ROI and develop commercial rationale for all trade marketing activities. Accountable for P&L and will be required to track and monitor performance. You should have Trade Marketing/Shopper Marketing experience including the development of all in-store solution ideally FMCG environment. Managing a team of Trad Marketing Executives.
Qualifications This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales (modern trade) or trade marketing history of at least 7+ years’ experience, who is looking to step into a management role with high visibility and strong career advancement potential. Capability of working autonomously as well as in a team, Strong analytical skills, a drive for results – would be key attributes. Arabic speaking candidates prefrred.
