Due to the current COVID-19 situation most of the furniture stores have been shut down as they stand in non-essential category; and so as House warming. However they are offering on line shopping and actively maintain their social media pages.
Their marketing style is strong and attractive to the customers but prices are way too high compare to other local stores. They don’t have any customer reviews on website.
Bouclair is one of the well-known brand stores and does not need any introduction; there closest location could be my direct competitor as they retain all the products I am offering. They are currently close but offering curb-side pickup and seasonal sale is going on their website.
They have a wide range and excellent quality of all the merchandises. Their product ranges do not include coffee table runner and cushion covers. I am positioning myself as their competitor in this category. They also charge shipping fee, which make their products more expensive for consumers.
Kw designs and creation is a local service for home décor in my town. Therefore, they could be my direct competitors in one product. They do not have any web site, it looks that they are also new to the business. I found their face book page on my friend’s time line. They are offering customized and personalized home décor.
Their speciality is customized and personalized wooden crafts which is a low cost business now days. The prices are comparatively affordable for local community. They need to maintain and upgrade their social media pages regularly since their last post was updated on 21st January.
