For nothing, not the sun, not the rain, not even the brightest star in the darkest sky, could begin to compare to the wonder of you.

his queen.
Shazi, I prefer the color blue to any other. The scent of lilacs in your hair is a source of constant torment. I despise figs. Lastly, I will never forget, all the days of my life, the memories of last night— For nothing, not the sun, not the rain, not even the brightest star in the darkest sky, could begin to compare to the wonder of you. name meanings: the wrath and the dawn
Day 14 - Armor
- Neil josten every time he goes out in public
harry: i want to go to hogsmeade
mcgonagall: sorry, potter, you need signed permission from your guardian
harry: i want to not be in the triwizard tournament
dumbledore: aw, but the magic will be sad. you don't want to make the magic sad, do you harry?
- Isaac Marion, Warm Bodies
‘I’m hungry,’ she says.
I look at her blankly. Hungry? Does she want an arm or leg? Hot blood, meat and life? She’s Living … does she want to eat herself?
This part of Warm Bodies made me laugh out loud. R is a lot more cerebral than the zombie stereotype but he forgot some very basic things about his living crush’s needs and expectations.
i like the hcs that andrew doesnt really like his birthday and doesn’t want to celebrate it, but it is incredibly funny to instead think that he actually doesn’t know what day his birthday is. everyone thinks he doesn’t like the day, so they’re all lowkey about the gift-giving, spanning it across the whole month of november, none of the bags giving away that it’s for his birthday. it goes like this until aaron’s like “are you going to keep ignoring our birthday? we turned twenty-one last week and you haven’t even celebrated a little bit.” and andrew’s like “oh, so it’s in early november?? i thought it was in october. seriously kind of disappointed now”
aaron is, reasonably, very confused. “did… did you not know what day our birthday was???” “well you never told me. i just took in context clues” “I… i just assumed you knew” “i very much did not”
“… it’s november fourth. btw.”
if i was lucky enough to find someone who would tenderly and homoerotically care for my wounds, i would simply not allow them to go off and fight in a war for me and die
if my mom sends me another “proof” that covid doesn’t exist i’ll delete her facebook and steal the router not even kidding
Can you believe Neil-Terrible-Coping Mechanisms-Josten and Andrew-I’ll-Keep-All-My-Feelings-Inside-Until-I-Die-Minyard are dating and in Love, like that’s whack
MAKE ME CHOOSE — @veturius asked andrew minyard or victor vale
Andrew ignored him, but Neil didn’t mind. He was content for now to look, arms folded over the back of his seat and chin propped on a forearm. He didn’t know what he was looking for. Andrew looked as he always had, and Neil knew his face as well as he knew every iteration of his own. Despite that, something seemed different. Maybe it was the sunlight streaming through the window, making Andrew’s pale hair shine brighter and his hazel eyes seem almost gold. Whatever it was, it was disorienting.
MAKE ME CHOOSE. @amajikkis asked — jesper fahey or kaz brekker?
and then there are the ones who stay awake, running through the trick again and again, looking for that skip in perception, the crack in the illusion that will explain how their eyes got duped; they’re the kind who won’t rest until they’ve mastered that little bit of mystery for themselves. i’m that kind.
ANDREW: I'm a wanted man.
AARON: That's impossible. You weren't even a wanted child.
