I'm not against C sections in adults but we need to ensure that the wombys who get this procedure understand the procedure they're getting. before they get it, they should have a special therapists (obviously not a normal one, a special one who knows special c section psychology, it also won't be covered by insurance.) to interview her to find out why it thinks it may want to be an alive c section mother instead of a dead one. examine its internalized misogyny against dead mothers and find out if there is perhaps some repressed rape trauma that could be preventing it from accepting itself as a corpse.
it needs to do this therapy for at least 3 months and then it still shouldn't be allowed to get the procedure. because the therapy will help it accept itself as a dead mother
