Two things: 1st, You’re never too old for an @oldnavy shirt on the 4th of July, and 2nd, Let’s take a moment to not only thank everyone that has served in protecting our country, including their families who also sacrificed a lot, but everyone who shows what America is really about. We were founded on the basis of unity, inclusion, and diversity and I’m grateful that I live in a county where I, along with countless others, can share my voice and where the majority have shown that hate has no place in America. Kindness will always win. Love will always be stronger than hate. And if you were or were not born in here, we are all Americans, & we should always stand with our neighbors when times get tough. As a professor once said, “I don’t like to think of America as a melting pot, but more like a mosaic.
