So I used to be fat and about two years ago I finally got the self-motivation to fix it. I lost 50lbs+ running and dieting and got a modicum of aerobic fitness for the first time in my life. 

The last 5 months I've been in the process of getting/recovering from surgery/injuries because I'm clumsy as shit and I've been trying to keep up the running as much as possible.  It's been hard, but god damn it was so much harder when I was big and had no idea how to exercise. 

So if you're fat and trying to lose weight you got my respect and admiration cause starting was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Keep at it.
