It started a long time ago... I guess it was kinda like following in my fathers footsteps, however looking back at his work now I realised that I am much better.... So here is my blog in pictures - I guess because that is what I do.

So I wanted to see what the fuss was about with all this #juicecleanse stuff. I tried a day of juice with @sprntrluk Some great tasting juices although I didn't like the wheatgrass shot, but most people don't like the taste of 'grass'. I would only suggest that an option that would give more energy to be able to work out. Not sure I would keep up if I worked out whilst doing a three day cleanse. However like with religious fasting, after a few days you get used to it. Only thing is you shouldn't use juice cleansing to lose weight. Crash diets don't last, you are better off with a lifestyle change. It's better for your health and easier to maintain if it's a lifestyle change as your changes will last longer. Today is the day after my cleanse and I felt good, I was tired by the end of the day which might be due to an exhausting day at work. But I did sleep really well 😴😊
