well here she is:

Dr. Zoya Van Alstine

some facts about zoya:

• nicknamed “Port Victory’s Angel of Death” because of how much she treated prisoners on death row in Port Victory as a penal colony with her job as a thanatologist. thanatologist is a professional who specialize in studying death and usually providing care on dying patients. this is zoya’s job other than a psychiatrist.

• she is indonesian-dutch. she came from the dutch-indies (name for indonesia during the colonial era). she came from a high status in the dutch-indies and does have a Lady status but prefers to be called “Zoya” or “Doctor Zoya”.

• a psychiatrist by day in Port Victory Royal Hospital and thanatologist by night in prisons around Port Victory (and a goth).

• highly skilled in hypnosis hence why she carried a pocketwatch everywhere.

• she is not a widow nor have been married. she just loves to wear black and mourning dresses (in the victorian era, women wear black to mourn. but not zoya. she just wears it because she loves it).

• “(don’t fear) the reaper” by blue öyster cult would be zoya’s theme song

a lyric that describes her:
