Pregnancy Stress
Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by their parents while going through pregnancy? I think parents forget that when their daughter gets pregnant for the first time it’s their FIRST time. They don’t need constant reminders to eat healthy, excercise daily, or any of the other things that add onto the stress. For a lot of women the first trimester is known as the “Survival period”. So if I don’t want to go on a walk in the 100+ weather I shouldn’t have to. Or if I don’t want to leave the house because I’m constantly feeling sick then I shouldn’t have to argue or feel guilty. The extra stress only makes me feel worse mentally and physically. So please allow first time mothers the grace to find their rhythm and if they need help then be there. Don’t push so much because you want a healthy baby. Resting is very hard work when you’re a people pleaser and even harder when you’re pregnant and overstimulated and scared.
Prayers and blessings to all the first time mothers out there. Take it easy and listen to your body 🤎
Pray.
Pray when you feel good.
Pray when you feel down.
The Lord will always make a way and so should you.
I’m going to make it, God is on my side
Dear June,
Thank you for all of the celebrations, the memories, and the love. It may not have been what I was expecting but nonetheless I am still grateful. Here’s to July and hoping it will be just as good if not better 🤎
- Blessings to all,
Miss Danes

Some days you’re thriving.
Some days you’re surviving.

Why do I feel guilty saying no? Why do I feel the need to please everyone? Are my feelings not important? Am I less important than the others I’m trying to please? Why is my brain so hard wired to think that if I’m not pleasing everyone then I’m not doing enough? I don’t know that answer but personally I know that I have done too much for others. So much so that it has reflected on my health. My body doesn’t function “normally” anymore. It needs more rest, it needs more care, it needs more PERIOD. I’m tired of letting others who think that they are better than me tell me that I’m lazy or that certain things aren’t “that hard”. I’m doing my best to live “normally” but I’m done trying to please everyone. It simply can’t be done. I’m proud of where I’m at in life. Is it perfect, far from it but I’m doing better than I was before. I’m still trying and pushing my comfort zone for the life I want. I know I’m a good person, I don’t need to prove it. I still matter even when I’m not useful. I’m not lazy because I’m in a rest period. And I shouldn’t feel guilty about saying no or having to come up with excuses to satisfy you. If I said no then I don’t owe you an explanation.
- Sincerely,
An introverted woman who is trying to protect her peace.

Remember to pour into yourself, try doing simple things that give you joy. You don’t have to spend a ton of money or take a zillion classes. It could be as small as listening to music and doing a coloring book. Read a new book. Light a candle. Learn a new hobby. Play the Wii (I love the dancing games). Take a bath. Literally do anything, just do something and watch how good you feel. I make it a habit to have a “reset day” every Sunday. I do laundry and clean my room while listening to music or a video. Then I paint my nails for the week, read my bible, and just relax. It sets the tone for a good week and makes me feel better about myself.
Friends?
Hello, I realized I never introduced myself. My name is Miss Danes, I’m 22 years old and I live in Arizona. I’d love to meet some new friends and if anyone is interested I enjoy playing DTI on Roblox and other games. So please feel free to leave your tags in the comments or if you’d simply like to be moots that’s okay as well 🤎
