Ok. So the other day, I made a green juice. Now, I have an orange juice.
Yes, there are oranges in this, but there's also carrot, mango, papaya, and pineapple.
I was planning to make a quart each for me and my Ish, but I'm short on some ingredients.
Green juice. I made one of each of these for both me and my Ish. Contains: kale, spinach, green apple, carrot, celery, cucumber, and lemon.
I filled this entire jar, and as you can see, it's halfway gone.

Although this has no label on it [yet], this is a formula that I made in tincture form that I'm hoping will help in the healing of my infertility.
This is a rendition of one of the Women's Formula--based on the herbs that I can easily get (there were some that I could not get). This formula contains: vitex, dong quai, motherwort, red raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, red clover, pau d'arco, cinnamon bark, ginger root, saw palmetto, shepherd's purse, and white peony root.

Homemade Garlic Sauerkraut. Prebiotics and probiotics rolled into a one-gallon jar. And this jar is ALL MINE!
There is a study, which says that the amount of probiotics in a one cup serving of sauerkraut is the equivalent of 8 bottles of probiotic capsules.
I'll take the sauerkraut for 1,000, Alex.
Breakfast. Wild salmon filet and pasture-raised scrambled eggs. All washed down with a smoothie--which contains: romaine lettuce, spinach, banana, ginger, turmeric, beet, apple, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, Brazil nuts (all nuts and seeds soaked overnight to remove phytic acid), spirulina, chlorella, flaxseed oil, molasses, coconut milk, and cherry juice.
As you can see, I'm seriously loading up on Omega-3
Homemade toothpaste and mouthwash.
