With the season turning to a nice quiet spring time. Misty Fern and her nomadic community had decided to make camp near a small pony town. While the group finish setting up camp Misty herself decided to make a small trip into town to purchase a few items. Coming upon a small but neatly decorated magic supply shop the bat pony pushed open the door causing a bell to ring as she began to look around.

“This shop is quite cute. I wonder if they have the items I need though.”

Trading a small bundle of crafted charms and a vial of headache reliever in exchange for two sacks of potatoes and a loaf of bread. Misty Fern squeaked like a typical bat in joy and fluttered her wings.

“Would you wanna look around the town for a bit Gordon? We don’t need to get back to camp for at least a few more hours.”

“The camp is running low on a few small things, We need some potatoes and fresh bread.”

Talking with stalls owner over the price of some potatoes. Misty Fern was determined to get a good deal in what her camp needed for the feast tonight.

As the much loved season of winter descended upon Equestria and its population, many ponies and creatures prepare to celebrate their respective holiday traditions. Misty Fern and her nomadic group preparing their celebration while camped near a small griffon town. Misty herself having been sent to trade for supplies and other stuff needed by the camp.

“This year is going to be lovely. The snowfall is beautiful, and cold feels good this season.”

Stopping by a small market stall, the bat pony began bartering with the merchant for some items.

Stepping out of the cage and stretching her wings Misty Fern took another small bow. Keeping her gaze adverted from the kirin the bat pony nodded as she patted one of the storm guards on the arm as thanks for opening the cage.

“I will need to know what symptoms the child has been suffering from. When this condition start to begin with?”

Misty Fern kept her tone calm and sensible as to not overwhelm Wintertide.

After meeting her new feathered. Misty Fern asked if he wanted to travel with them for awhile. A month following this the nomad group had finally made camp near the ruins of an old temple.

“So how you enjoy traveling with us. Its been a month so far since you joined up with us I hope you’ve adjusted to the long distance travel so far.”
